We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The views are amazing and the home is large enough to easily accomodate large groups. One comment for the homeowner is to consider installing shades/blinds to the common areas. When the sun is rising the amount of glare can be a bit too much. Shades will add comfort to the guests so they may adjust incoming light as needed/desired.
Overall the cabin was very nice, and I would consider myself picky! The kitchen was big and easy to cook in/prep meals! The table was nice and big, good living room space! Washer was clean, showers/bathrooms were spacious and clean. Parking was easy and flat! Great spot up on top of the mountain, we did have several bears come visit and people stopped to ask what the cabin name was because the view was so breathtaking. I would definitely recommend staying here. My recommendations to the owner would be to repair the stand alone bathroom in the lower level as it was kind of a mess. The towel rack has been torn off and not replaced, the shelf inside the shower looks to have been damaged and is duck taped, and there are a few other issues that could also be improved/fixed in there as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend, we had a great time!
We loved staying at the four sister vacation rental.
We loved it so much we barely left the property.
The home was very clean and comfortable. We found everything we needed to be there. We enjoyed the sunroom, large kitchen, and hot tub.
We had our family of 9 stay here for 6 nights. We had plenty of room. We cooked all our meals at the house and loved it. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home. The views were gorgeous! We also enjoyed the community pools. Charles was excellent at communicating with us and very responsive.
We were three couples with 6 children. There was plenty of space for everyone. The screened-in porch was lovely, as was the deck. The rooms were exactly as described and very clean. The views were to die for! The location was also very good although it does take about 10 minutes to get up and down the mountain. The bunk bed room was awesome for kids - we had five of them in there and they were all very comfortable.
A couple of things to be aware of: there really is no yard. Even the little yard below the house is quite steep and difficult to get down to, and it did have some litter in it (which we cleaned up!) Also, the power is finicky. The kitchen power went out twice while we were there, and on one night, the power on the entire mountain went out! (Obviously not the fault of the owner.) Luckily, Charles was very responsive and helped us fix the kitchen power outage right away.
We would definitely go back. You will not regret your choice!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely and delivered as shown. The kitchen had far more items than we expected & the kids loved the bunk room. Couple of notes:
- take the advice regarding bears seriously- we saw 2 in our first 30 min there
- there are plenty of grocery stores on the way up- be sure to stop and grab what you need or you’re taking 40 min out of your trip to drive down to Pigeon Forge and back. Grab washer pods in case you need to do laundry
- we found limited deliveries available so plan meals accordingly
- take advantage of all the local fun. We experienced zip line, white water rafting, mountain coasters, etc. this is a great location for families
- BYO beach towels- we picked up some cheap ones at Walmart.
I didn’t have any engagement with the property owner or management company so no details to report there.
I booked this cabin to celebrate sisterhood. Upon walking in, my friends and I were speechless! The house was incredible! The views were to die for. The only thing that sucked was that it rained both nights we stayed. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the house, and will love to book again!
Amazing Views, wonderful communication, Five Star House
Absolutely loved this house! So much space and the views were breathtaking. Charles the property manager was wonderful to communicate with. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!!!!
This place was absolutely breathtaking!! We spent Christmas here, and we would absolutely do it again. It was an awesome experience. Thank you for offering such a wonderful place to stay.
House was great! Plenty of room for all 10 of us. Great location. Good roads. Views were outstanding. Only complaint is that it stated there were flatscreen tvs in all bedrooms and the downstairs bedrooms had none. Some furniture was a little beat up but overall great stay. Parking is great. House has a great layout. We would recommend it.
This property was absolutely AMAZING! The views were beautiful and I could not wait to wake up to them! We choose this house to have our first annual Friendsgiving and the house made it even more special. We all enjoyed our time here and the host was amazing at responding to all my questions. Now, this house is at the top of the mountain so be prepared for the hills and narrow roads. I would definitely recommend this place to someone and stay here again.
We stayed three nights and three days. The house was AMAZING and very spacious but of course, the views were breathtaking. The location is great and not far from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We were there the last week in September and unfortunately we didn't really see the starting stages of the fall colors but it was still amazing. The place was hoping during the week and tons of fun shops. Highly recommended! The only disappointing thing about this trip was we did not see a bear! Just the luck of the draw!
if wow factor is what your looking for, then this is the place!!! from the 180 degree long range views through the massive wall of windows along the rear of the house... to the huge open concept and tons of outdoor space to take in what the smokies are all about!
the response time for answers we had throughout our stay was unbelievable!! Charles was great! even went out of his way to make sure i had access to my hometown college football game!
and to top it all off..... we had 3 bear visitors 2 days in a row!!!! everything you could possibly want from super comfy beds.... to a hot-tub with a ridiculously awesome view!!! this place has it all!.
also very convenient to town!
This home was exactly like the picture. Very clean and homey. The pots were not the best but it doesn’t take away from they stay just bring your own. The roads to get there was scary I kept yelling at my husband “be careful !!” Overall it was amazing the stay, THE VIEW, the home! We will be back pretty soon. Thanks
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
What a perfect family vacation home.
The views alone were more than enough to justify the rental of this amazing vacation home. Everyone in our family was incredulous when we first walked in and looked out the full-length windows in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas as well as the bedrooms facing the Smoky Mountains. The screened in patio on the upper floor was the favorite room for several of us -- perfect for drinking that first cup of coffee, reading, or just simply relaxing (or napping!). The downstairs patio with hot tub was also a favorite, especially in the evenings. This home made our family trip incredibly fabulous and fun!
Everything was well-thought out and made it easy to cook and eat meals for our group of 10 (8 adults and 4 children under the age of 12.) When we saw the “bunk bed” room, we knew it would be perfect for the kids! Everyone had a great time with zero complaints. The built-in bunk beds downstairs met our high expectations as did every other room in the house.
Please take the "Bear Warning" sign on the refrigerator seriously. We had a “visit” on the first day and watched as “Yogi” opened our car doors! Luckily there was no damage but we learned not to leave the car doors unlocked! Our "bear adventure" was one of the highlights of our trip and actually looked forward to the “daily bear visit!”
We just wrapped up our stay and it was fabulous. The house has a great layout for large groups. The view never gets old and changes by the minute with the clouds. We saw bears everyday at the house. Our family would definitely stay here again.
Everything we expected and more. Fully stocked kitchen & bathrooms. A lot of space. Beautiful views, we even saw a family of bears in the backyard. Very curvy coming up, but so worth every turn. No more than 20mins from everything you need.
This was a trip for my office staff. The beds were very comfortable. The views were breathtaking! We enjoyed our time by the fireplace and hot tub.
Bring your own salt and pepper!
