This home is unique to downtown because it sleeps 12 comfortably, has a half-acre property and parking for up to 5 cars. This is a rare find for the area and makes it truly the perfect vacation spot. It is within walking distance to St. George Street and fantastic downtown restaurants and historic sites, while also located on a quiet residential street. We are just a short drive to the beach, right over the Bridge of Lions. This charming retreat is a one of a kind getaway for any family or group. We are a quick and beautiful walk to all of the historic sites, shops and restaurants.

This home is a rare find for this area. There is a tremendous amount of living space for fun, food, and relaxation. The expansive dining room comfortably seats 14 people and allows plenty of room for large gatherings. The massive game room has a pool table and 75" TV. There is a sitting room with four stuffed chairs and a separate living room with couch and loveseat. If that isn't enough, there is an enclosed back porch with wicker furniture set and a front porch complete with 6 rocking chairs to enjoy the view of horse and buggies clip-clopping along the front of this beautiful home.

The home comfortably sleeps 12 with room for 14 people when using a trundle and pull out couch. The master suite is on the first level with a king sized bed and it's own dedicated full bath with walk-in shower. Two of the upstairs large queen bedrooms are joined by a Jack and Jill full bathroom. The oversized upstairs bedroom at the front of the home has two queen sized beds and a private balcony. The "bunk room" provides a bunk bed with trundle and two large closets to sleep three extra quests. There is an additional full bath on the second floor that has just been completely updated.

The expansive yard has beautiful gardens, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, egg swing chairs and a traditional tree swing in the back yard to enjoy the gorgeous views. The home is situated between Maria Sanchez Lake and Matanzas River Bay, both offering incredible views. This home will be your new happy place!

You will have sole access to the entire house, property, and driveway, with the exception of the cottage and cottage patio which is located on the side of the property. Guests will be provided with a code for keyless entry a day before check-in.
