Entirely air conditioned, it includes:
Ground floor – A living/reception room with a fireplace and a games console (1500 games), a fully equipped kitchen/dining room opening onto the terrace and vineyard, a utility room, a wc and a suite with a shower room.
1st floor – 2 double bedrooms sharing a shower room and wc.

Available for rental all year.
Short stays are possible from September to the end of June.

A function room in the estate is available at extra cost, as well as a two-bed apartment.
