Casa Felicidad is an amazing 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a private pool, outdoor kitchen area, upstairs sundeck and full amenities in a pristine gated subdivision with 24 hour security, a huge dual resort style pool, tennis court and only 300 meters to the Blue Flag Playa Bejuco. Solar powered, air conditioned, cable/wifi, backup water supply, this home has everything you need for a family vacation, quiet getaway or groups enjoying the adventures of Costa Rica's Central Pacific Coast.
Wonderful neighborhood that consists of some full time residents and some weekenders from San Jose. The residents are all very kind and will make you feel welcome in their community.
With ample room to spread out this home features a full custom kitchen and gas grill and outdoor dining area by the new private pool. Only 300 meters to Playa Bejuco and 1 km from retail shopping, restaurants and bars. Costa Del Sol is the premier location for family vacations in our area - safe, secure, beautiful, close to the beach and all the tours and adventures of Costa Rica.
This is the perfect home for your family vacation.
You will probably want to rent a car. Public bus transportation is available in Costa Rica and very reliable and affordable if that suites you. There is a bus stop about 1/4 mile from the subdivision.
