New rental with stunning views of the historic live Oaks in Riverland Terrace! Private backyard, pet- friendly and close to best in Charleston restaurants, yoga, markets, theater, music venues and more!
As you enter the home you will be greeted with a light-filled, living room decorated with eco friendly and sustainable modern and mid-century decor. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and meal prep including kitchen aid appliances and Nespresso products. A new wing was added off the kitchen and includes a Pinterest worthy laundry area and a sunroom/ office that overlooks the beautiful, private fenced in backyard. It is the perfect space for a home office and includes a lounger. The bedrooms are located on the second floor with walk in closets. There is a hall bath with stairs between the bedrooms.
