Great property

Good location of the property 10 min drive to downtown Sarasota, 15 min to Siesta Key Beach. Owner communicated very well with us to make sure if we needed anything. House was a great value and good spacious rooms.

Every was wonderful. We had everything we needed and the house was clean and beautiful.

Renting out the house was want our family needed and had everything we needed.. the owners were sweet and nice and had everything we needed. We didn't mind no tv because we spend time as a family and visit the beach.

Sarasota Visit

Nice 3 BR property with a pool located in the Amish community of Pinecraft. It was a nice, safe neighborhood, yet close to attractions and shopping. Home was well stocked with supplies which was appreciated, and pool toys and bicycles were available for use if desired.

Close to many nice beaches and lots of good restaurants. a very nice peaceful neighborhood..

What makes this property unique

The private peaceful screen in lanai with the pool is one on the favorite spots for the guests. Frequent remarks are " the kids didn't want to go any farther."
