BEST LOCATION!!! The Pointe is situated on the corner of scenic 30A next to the infamous Rosemary Beach eateries and shops. And, the beautiful 30Avenue retail center, and popular Shades Restaurant, are across the street via the new underground pedestrian walkway. The super popular Pier Park dining, shopping, and entertainment center is only 15 minutes east. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is a convenient 25-minute drive or Uber.

THE BEACH is a short and shaded walk down Winston Street just across from the resort. There are backpack chairs and beach wagon in the closet for this nearest beach access. There are two other beach accesses a bit further away, and you can rent a chair and umbrella set-up at those locations. Call Vacayzen 850-213-0003 in advance to reserve.

UNIT FEATURES - 334 is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 3rd floor with a full kitchen. It features two private balconies overlooking a pretty green space to the resort pool area. The owner’s suite features a king bed, its own balcony, and a private bathroom with double vanity, nice soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. There is a dedicated desk area and chair if you must bring your work! The second bedroom offers a queen bed and bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests. The main balcony runs along the living room and is full of fresh coastal breezes. It has a relaxing view to the elegant resort-style pool over a quiet green space. The condo's full-service kitchen offers pretty quartz counters, a gas cooktop, Keurig and standard coffee makers, cooking items, and dishware. There is a pack-n-play for the little ones – please bring your own bedding.

ONSITE FOOD & AMENITIES - Big Bad Breakfast restaurant is onsite and there is a shared grilling area on the west end of the building. A rooftop lounge with Gulf of Mexico views is available for all owners and guests. Enjoy the relaxing resort pool with shaded cabanas and soothing hot tub. You can access the pool amenities and pick up towels at the front desk (open until 6pm). Starlit conversations are cozy in the poolside fireplace area. Stay beach ready in the techy gym featuring a Mirror and Peloton. The poolside Cava “Man Cave” is the perfect gathering place to watch sports or just hang out. There is building-side parking and Tesla charging stations for your convenience. Temporary golf cart parking is allowed on the west end of the lot.

COMPLIMENTARY BICYCLES – There are two bikes reserved for our Unit 334 guests. You can pick them up from the Vacayzen rental shack in the back parking lot behind the building. They also have wagons and carts to pull the kids for rent. Call Vacayzen 850-213-0003 ahead of your visit with any questions or to reserve additional bikes.

EASY CHECK-IN – Contactless entry: After you make a reservation, you will receive an email confirmation and initial instructions from us and Southern Rental. Upon arrival, pull in past the roundabout to the right and park toward the center of the building.

This unit was exactly as described - close proximity to beach and downtown Rosemary, nice amenities, and well-kept. We would stay there again. There was a minor issue with returning the beach chairs and the customer service was attentive and responsive.

Spring Break 2024

We had a large group of families schedule a trip for our 8th graders. 10 families stayed at The Pointe while another 10+ families stayed around Rosemary. The Pointe was perfect location to let our kids roam but have a central location. Everything is walkable.

Great Retreat

We enjoyed this place so much. We had a great experience communicating with the owners from booking, to checking in and out. The location is our favorite on 30A. You are in the mix but no too much and the beach is so close. The bikes provided were an huge bonus. Everything was clean and comfortable and so nice. We loved the pool and workout room. Highly recommend this place!

Weekend getaway

Our stay was nice the location great! We thoroughly enjoyed Rosemary Beach, all the shops/cafes were excellent. The condo was clean and spacious but the one complaint we do have is that it’s NOT stocked at all. When they say they have you for 24 hrs they mean it. No extra soap, toilet pp, towels etc. so bring your own hand/body soap, toiletries, extra towels if you don’t want to do laundry and ANYTHING else you made need. I’ve stayed at several high end vrbo’s in Aspen, Vail, Teton Village, Miami and this one was by far the stingiest stocked condo. So sad I would have to run out for hand soap and extra toilet pp if I stayed an extra minute. So just keep that in mind I personally don’t like to run to the store on vaca. So it was nice but stingy.

Beautiful vacation

My family had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, close to local shopping, fabulous restaurants, walking distance to the beach. The bikes and beach chairs were a blessing since our car was too full for anything like that. The dishes were a little spotty and there was some dust on the decorations, but otherwise clean. The codes required some figuring out because we had to push # but that wasn’t in the instructions. I also think for a condo that can accommodate 6 guests there needs to be more seating in the living area and maybe an ottoman or coffee table. Overall, this is a fabulous place and management was responsive and helpful.

Great location!

Short walk to beach. Nice pool. Location was great-walking distance to Rosemary and Shoppes at 30A. Unit was perfect for the two of us. Unit was smaller than appeared in pictures but worked out okay for us.

Disappointed

Let’s start from the top, there was almost no direction as to the check in process for this property from VRBO or the owners. When checking in, they gave no recommendations or suggestions about the area or how to get around. The “free” bikes, are almost nonexistent because the complex contracts a third-party rental company to provide. In attempt to rent more bikes & have a bike replaced after it broke, we arrived at the hut to find nobody was present, multiple times. We contacted the company to inform them that the hub was unmanned to which they responded with, “their summer interns are done for the season, so they can’t get any help”. We were unable to get access to the bikes. When we approached the front desk staff about the issue, they denied any responsibility and made no effort to offer a solution. Day 1, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, and Day 3 there was a cockroach in our bed. There is minimal access to Rosemary Beach, but don’t worry you can grab your invisible bike to ride down the highway to find an alternative beach. The apartment smells heavily of burnt wood and smoke- their choice of air freshener. Would not recommend this property, it was a disappointing stay.

30A Annual Friends Trip

We always enjoy our time on 30A. This property is such a great location. It’s fine, but could be a little cleaner for the money. Overall I’d recommend.

Great summer getaway!

Place was beautiful and clean. Our son loved his room and shower and so did we!. Nice patio areas but we wish the patio furniture was a little more comfortable. It looked like the furniture was mandated by the management at the facility but a comfy couch or chairs would be nice! Overall a really nice place with a great pool and breakfast place on site! We would stay again.

This place is a hidden gem!

I enjoyed everything about this place. It was very beautiful and clean. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were big and spacious. The location is close to shopping and dining. We rode bikes swim at the pool and even relaxed on the balconies! The beach is very close. The host responds back quickly! I can’t wait to book this place again!!

Perfect Location, Very Spacious!

The master suite is huge, very spacious bathroom area, loved the tub. Was probably the largest I have seen! Very cute and decorated. Free bike rental on property and beach chairs as well, it was perfect. We loved our stay!

Nice apartment near to Rosemary and the beach

We had everything you can wish for during our week in this cosy apartment with two balconies, view to the pool and short walk to the beach. The pool-area is big and the gym was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Structural Damage and Gas leak

When we arrived we were not able to get out code to get into our condo, we had to go rent another room for the night until they finally have me my code at 5:15am the next day. When we finally arrived at the property, my husband noticed there was structural damage to the property. When we addressed it with the front desk they said they don’t manage that building. Later on that day, we found out that the build I got had same 2” and broke a gas line and the people from the city were there trying to find where the gas leak was. They has people leave the property because it wasn’t safe at this point. The extremely unprofessional property manager who did not communicate very well finally after a ton of going back and forth found us a new property to stay at. We arrived at the second property only to find that we didn’t have a code to get in again, leaving us out for 2 hours. The next two days were inconvenienced because the property they put us in was going o. The market and there was real estate agents and photographers getting the property ready and we couldn’t go inside for hours or use the pool. We were also out a day because they were pressure washing the property due to the photo shoot. I would never ever recommend this property or any property that is managed my Coastal Cottages.

Great girls getaway

The property was a great location and very clean. The only complaint is the rental company wouldn’t allow us to have 4 chairs for the beach, we were only allowed 2 even though there were tons available. I don’t think this is related to the house, but maybe something the homeowner can talk to property manager about changing to accommodate guests.

Girls' Getaway

Great girls' getaway! Love the location, the resort style pool, the man cave to watch football, and the rooftop bar with gorgeous views. And we appreciated being able to get in the condo early and enjoy the amenities early in the day. We will definitely be back!

The location is ideal, right at the entrance to popular 30A so you don't have to repeatedly drive through pedestrians, bicycles, and other motorists. Nicely situated between the retail center of 30Avenue and the Rosemary Beach area eateries. Miles of bike paths to explore the little seaside communities. And there are gorgeous state parks in either direction.

What makes this property unique

Located at the entrance to one-of-a-kind 30A. Low-density resort consisting of only three 3-story buildings. This spacious condo offers a split floor plan with two private balconies. There is a rooftop lounge with a Gulf view for the enjoyment of owners and guests. Big Bad Breakfast is poolside and Shades restaurant is right across the street. There are onsite Tesla charging stations and bike/chair/umbrella rentals.
