The house consists of two apartments with separate entrances and is suitable for families or friends who want to spend their vacation together and still maintain their privacy. Beautifully decorated interiors ensure a pleasant and relaxing vacation. The outdoor pool provides refreshment in the summer months and a barbecue is also available for preparing your favorite dishes.



In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the town market with local produce from local producers, which also includes a fish market and a butcher's shop. During your stay, be sure to visit the historic center of the old town of Labin, which will delight you with its picturesque streets and gastronomic offer, as well as the tourist town of Rabac with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea and a long promenade along the sea with bars, restaurants and souvenir stores. In summer, you can take one of the boat trips from Rabac to the nearby islands. For the more active, Rabac offers well-developed hiking and cycling trails and there is also a cycling center in the town.
