Shop, grocery, restaurant 50 m, sandy beach "Pelosa" 1.5 km pebble beach 250 m. Sports harbour 100 m. Nearby attractions: Porto Torres 20 km, Alghero 60 km, Sassari 50 km.
3-room terraced house 90 m2. Simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, satellite TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, freezer) with dining table. On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Exit to the garden. Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace 15 m2 partly roofed. Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Casa Sa casitta
Comodissima per raggiungere una delle più belle spiagge, la Pelosa. Confortevole con vista mare mozzafiato dove già dalla colazione ci si immerge in un paesaggio fantastico.

Location fidèle à la description, la vue est très belle, nous y étions hors saison, donc très calme, l'été, les gens sont très proches (maisons mitoyennes) et cela doit être plus bruyant. Bien placé : Stintino accessible à pieds, et les belles plages sont très proches (1km,5), d'autres plages moins belles plus proches. Un rafraîchissement s'impose pour cette location : fauteuils et sièges en mauvais état, très peu d'ustensiles pour cuisiner, propreté assez relative malgré un forfait ménage conséquent, et une des chambres n'a pas de fenêtre car elle donne sur un puits de lumière intérieur. La situation sur 2 étages (chambres au rez de chaussée) n'est pas toujours pratique et peut poser problème pour des personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité.

Bonne location, fidèle à la descrption, belle vue et bien placée (Stintino accessible à pieds). Les belles plages sont à 1km,5; d'autres plages moins belles sont plus proches. Mais l'appartement a besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement (fauteuils en mauvais état, très peu d'ustensiles pour cuisiner...) et propreté relative malgré un forfait ménage conséquent. Une des chambres n'a pas de fenêtre, donnant sur un puits de lumière intérieur. La situation des chambres en rez de chaussée n'est pas très pratique et peut poser problèmes pour des personnes ayant des soucis de mobilité.

posto tranquillo e con una splendida vista accoglienza gentilissima e disponibile casa pulita unica piccola pecca alcuni arredi un po' datati ci vorrebbero anche degli oscuranti per le vetrate per la notte quelli presenti vanno bene per il giorno
