ROSE Vacances offers you this charming, tastefully decorated house with swimming pool, in a quiet, secure holiday residence in the Pironnière district, close to the ocean in Les Sables d'Olonne, perfect for unforgettable moments with family or friends!

This house can accommodate up to 6 people.

The accommodation comprises a functional, well-equipped living room with sofa, dining table and chairs, TV and WIFI.
A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, fridge, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and Philips Barista coffee machine.
This room opens directly onto an enclosed, landscaped garden with terrace and private, secure swimming pool, where you can soak up the sun, ideal for relaxing after a day's cycling or barbecuing! Deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue are available.
Separate WC.

At night, you will find three double bedrooms, two bedrooms with a 180cm bed and a third bedroom with a 140cm bed. All three bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables and wardrobes.

A fully-equipped bathroom with shower, bath, hairdryer and vanity unit with storage space.

To complete the accommodation, there is a garden shed with washing machine.

Free parking in front of the house.
