Casa Isa is a detached house in bungalow style on one level located in a quiet residential area and is ideal for families. Only 30 meters from the forest with beautiful hiking trails and in a few minutes to the Maggia river with swimming opportunities.

The house consists of a living room with fireplace, separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with direct exit to the garden), 2 bathrooms, covered terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains.
In the large garden there is a pergola with a stone table in front of it, as well as a grill and a wood oven for baking bread and pizza, so that you can spend pleasant evenings in pleasant company.

Garden loungers and chairs, table tennis table, and other games are available. And for the smallest guests there is a wooden house in the garden to play with.

In an adjoining room, guests can use the washing machine and dryer if necessary.

Pets are only allowed upon prior request.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Breathtaking
Casa Isa was lovely. My family of 5 stayed here for our first trip to Switzerland. Maggie is a beautiful quiet neighborhood nestled into the Swiss Alps. Chantal was a wonderful and accommodating host. I will now make a Longhi coffee maker a required for every future place I stay! Can’t say enough nice things about the place and the host. Highly recommend and will be back again. Thank you, Chantal!

Wunderschönes und gemütliches Haus!
Wir waren für ein paar Tage in der Unterkunft und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Das Haus ist mega schön und äusserst gemütlich. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein und die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig. Auch für den Urlaub mit dem Hund ist das Haus sehr gut geeignet. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und kümmert sich gut um die Gäste. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle!

Wondering long weekend with family
We stayed at this sweet little home with my sister and her 2 children. The house was clean and has clearly been cared for really well. Chantal was kind, and really helpful. It's about a 20 minute walk to Maggie proper for groceries and restaurants but it's a nice walk. We especially loved all the garden fun and toys for the kids and the ping pong table made for some fun relaxing afternoons in the garden. We're already planning our return. :)

Ein kleines Paradies ...
Frau Martinelli ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist gemütlich, alles da, was es braucht. Uns hat es vor allem auch der wunderschöne Garten angetan, so viele schöne Blumen, die Vögel, eine tolle Energie. Die Lage war für uns einmalig: ruhig, im Grünen, in der Nähe des Flusses. Danke herzlich - eine wundervolle Woche im Tessin
Wir haben uns in diesem schnuggligen Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Als wir ankamen war der Kamin bereits eingeheizt und wir konnten die wohlig warme Stube geniessen. Das Haus ist energetisch hochschwingend - man spürt die Liebe, die Chantal in viele kleine Details einbringt. Gute Betten, sehr sauber. Sehr sauberes Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung lies nicht vermissen. Die eingezäumte Umgebung war sehr gepflegt und für mein Grosser Schweizer Sennenhund fantastisch da sie sich frei bewegen konnte. Die Übergabe wurde einwandfrei erledigt und die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Die Lage war prima. Sehr nahe am Maggia. Auch war das Verzascathal, Asona, Locarno sehr schnell erreichbar. Der Garten wunderschön gepflegt und angelegt. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht. Es hatte an nichts gefehlt. Hatten schon sehr viele Ferienhäuser aber keines war so sauber und gepflegt wie das Casa Isa. Da alles eingezäunt ist, konnte sich unser Labi so richtig frei bewegen . Tolles Ferienhaus im wunderschönen Tessin!
Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünscht. Es ist gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet und von einem wunderbaren Garten umgeben. Die Grill- bzw. Feuerstelle ist einfach genial. Großartige Badestellen in der Maggia bzw. bei verschiedenen Wasserfällen sind nicht weit entfernt; Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermärkte ebenfalls. Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns auch der Velosolution Pumptrack in Cevio. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
