Large tastefully furnished 3 bedroom villa, each bedroom with a private bathroom. Corner lot in a highly sought after neighborhood. Open floor plan, large crystal clear private pool. Brand new pool heater added October 2021 for your comfort. Poolside is fully enclosed lanai with space for dining, exercise, BBQ and family time. Mega fast (400 MBPS) internet so you can work and stream all that you want. One of the bedrooms doubles as an office. Property is close to everything that you want while on vacation (dinning, the beach and more) At the same time, property is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood when you want peace and quiet. Host will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Our 4 week stay in Cap Coral

Beautiful home, spacious, and clean! The owner was accessible and always responded to us in a timely manner, if we had any questions or concerns. The pool was certainly a plus that we enjoyed mostly everyday! We would recommend this rental home to any one who would like to visit Cape Coral, Florida.

Dee, the owner made sure that our stay was worry free.

You could tell Dee took great pride in making sure the home was spotless. She even emphasized if there was any problem do not hesitate to call her. She conveyed how important it was to her to make sure our stay was beyond 5 stars... she did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this home. Trust me you wont be disappointed and Dee will make sure of that!

Nice home

We found the house what it was advertise. It was a very nice home and was very clean. Dee was very accommodating. We didn't have many questions but when we did he got right back too us. Very nice couple.
