About this property

Enjoy an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen with two stoves and two dishwashers. Fully equipped kitchen with every utensil, pans including lobster pot, blenders, slow cooker and plenty of bowls/platters and outdoor tableware. Large comfortable sectional couch with all the cable options available and TV's in every bedroom. Ocean views from everywhere. Two bedrooms come with their own balconies. The third floor suite comes with its own ensuite bedroom sitting area and bathroom and with a pull out sectional and Front Gate auto fill air mattress that can sleep 2 more people. The separate detached three car garage has a large sectional couch along with a bar and bathroom. Also, there is an air hockey/table tennis table. Outside porch can accommodate many people comfortably and recently rebuilt.. Stand up paddle boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and linens all provided.

Paradise on the ocean’s edge

An overall fantastic stay! The house is beautiful- clean, well stocked with all the amenities, great kitchen, and superb deck overlooking the ocean. Location is ideal - steps to the beach and close to downtown. The host is wonderful - very communicative and committed to making sure you have a great time.

Fabulous home and host

We had an amazing family Thanksgiving in Carrie’s beautiful oceanfront home. It was everything depicted in the listing and more. Very clean and beautifully decorated updated home, and Carrie was extremely helpful and communicative. A wonderful experience all around, for adults and kids alike.

Thanksgiving on the coast

This beautiful home is on an amazing beach and conveniently located to markets, restaurants, etc. our family couldn’t have been happier spending our Thanksgiving together here. Lots of space, walks on the beach, as well as ping pong and air hockey competitions. Highly recommend. Diane & family

A true waterfront getaway

This is an amazing house on the water that was very hard to leave. Falling asleep and waking up to the waves outside the windows was the best. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The owner was responsive and helpful during our stay. We will be back. Five stars.

Perfect Lux House for a Group!

Just spent a long weekend here with a family group. The house is literally perfect and fully stocked with everything and anything you could need! Spectacular oceanfront location, expansive deck (two of them!) to relax, dine, grill and enjoy the view. Hot tub, fire pit, and all the beach toys you could need. Carrie was wonderful to work with... look no further if you're looking for a place south of Boston!!

Beautiful Seaside Retreat

We spent an amazing Thanksgiving by the sea in this beautiful home. The direct ocean views from nearly every room were amazing, featuring spectacular sunrises and breathtaking full moons. Every room was spotlessly clean, fully updated and tastefully decorated, and Carrie was attentive and helpful. Overall, our stay exceeded our high expectations.

The Perfect Beach House

Not too many words sum up our experience at this property but wow! Top to bottom the house and rest of the property were comfortable, clean, and more than enough space for our party of 5 adults. The game room above the garage is amazing. Views from the bedrooms decks are stunning and having direct beach access makes for wonderful runs in the morning. Surrounding town is small and quaint with some good food selections. The only minor inconvienance is the wifi. The house is fully covered, but the overall speed is a little slow once 5 people are connected to it.

Perfect beach home on the water

Fabulous location in Marshfield with everything you could think of to enjoy the water. Gorgeous deck with hottub overlooking ocean and direct beach access. Grill and smoker right on the deck with spacious seating for entertaining . Added bonus of available beach towels, beach chairs, floats, surf boards to use. Well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of parking! Owner Carrie was not only friendly but attentive. Spotty wifi and cable but that may be because we visited after a recent storm that came up the coast. A couple minor household upkeep items that owner informed us ahead of time so really no surprises!
