Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 130 m² house in Lantic, which can accommodate up to 9 travelers. It comprises a 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 900 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
First floor
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofas, dining area, a working fireplace from October to March/April (first basket of logs offered) and a 16 m² veranda with table and chairs.
- Separate dining room
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) and an umbrella bed
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190). A sofa-bed (sleeps 2) if required.
- Separate WC

2ᵉ floor:
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140x190).

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: charcoal barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 900 m² fenced garden planted with trees and not overlooked.
- A terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Lantic, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from the proximity of all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Binic with its port and restaurants 5 min. away by car
- La Banche beach 7 min away
- Farm with direct produce sales
- Accrobranche
- Close to the GR 34

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

- Nearest train station: La Gare de Plourhan, 5 min away by car.
- Nearest airport: Saint-Brieuc airport, 13 min by car

- Free WiFi available
- Bed linen and towels are provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- The fireplace is operational from October to March/April. A basket of firewood (5 logs) is provided on arrival and on request for the rest of the stay.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book & Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and MC Conciergerie ma Villa (concierge / housekeeping service).
