Downstairs you will find a great open area for all your guests to come together and catch up with the living room, dining area and kitchen all sharing one space. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops and seating for 4 at the counter. This home can accommodate up to 8 guests and 4 of the bedrooms have a King bed, with the fifth containing a bunk bed.
Step beyond the French Doors in the living room and find yourself in your own island oasis! Soak up some sun rays and lounge by the pool, enjoy lunch, or enjoy the outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen area. The outside space of this home is sure to be one that takes most of your time, and rightfully so!
The downstairs of this home contains the laundry machines, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including the master! The master bedroom offers direct access to the front porch – a wonderful, peaceful and tropical space to enjoy your morning coffee! The master bathroom also contains a large walk-in closet attached to it. Each bedroom contains a King bed, flat screen TV, and ample amount of natural lighting.
Head upstairs to 2 more bedrooms and the upstairs deck area. One bedroom contains a bunk bed and the other has a King bed with an attached full bathroom. This upstairs space also offers a unique option for you and your guests as it contains 3 single tucked away single beds. The upstairs deck offers a great space to wind down and enjoy dinner overlooking the sunset.
This home is located just a short walk across the street from your quaint beach access path and a short drive away to many local attractions including the Rod N Reel Pier where you can fish and enjoy spectacular dining views overlooking Tampa Bay, Pine Avenue where you will find an abundance of shopping and dining issues, in addition to access to the free island trolley that runs the length of the island, from Pine Ave down to Coquina Beach.

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
