Check in advice

Our stay was great…loved the main pool area with the lazy river etc. The house was great and stores/restaurants we within walking distance. I would like to mention however that the gate was a pain…the scan code wouldn’t work half of the time and we had no Code for the walking gate. If you were to use the gate with the guard that would be fine however the other one was closer to our house and the walking gate was what we wanted to use to walk to target. An easier process would have been better. I’d also like to suggest that maybe a binder be created with check in information as well as instructions for the tv, restaurants and stores that are close by, etc. it would be nice to have all the check out instructions in a binder as well. Our questions were answered in a timely fashion which was great and our stay overall was very enjoyable.

We had a good time

The house was actually bigger than I expected it to be. There were a few spots that could have been cleaner but it wasn’t anything to complain about. The internet also kept going out but that just forced my kids to enjoy each other. I would definitely return.

Perfect location!!

The property was great! Loved the location, over looking the lake!! Loved having our own pool. We had 1 issue with an outside light in the pool area. We contacted the management team and they had someone there that day to fix the light. Will definitely stay again!!

Minor issues

The A/C could not keep the house below 78 during the day and only at 74 overnight, one of the kitchen cabinet doors was very loose and afraid it was going to fall off- overall, the unit is very nice but maybe some ceiling fans to help cool rooms?
