The studio includes an entrance with a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a 4-burner induction hob, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dishwasher. You will also find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washing machine.

The sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable king size bed (180x200) and a dressing room. The living room has a real sofa bed to accommodate 2 additional people; it offers a pleasant view of the sea and you can enjoy the residence's huge shared swimming pool (open all year round from 8 [hidden] to 6 [hidden]

You will have a connected television and optical fiber.

The private covered terrace will allow you to enjoy your meals while listening to the sound of the waves.

Also enjoy the non-nominative parking lot at the residence to park your rental car in complete safety.
