Ideally located at the foot of the Place de l'Etoile and the Champs Elysées, you will be able to enjoy the wonderful balcony in a Haussmanian stone building. You're also just a stone's throw from typical Parisian cafés, restaurants and bakeries. My bright, spacious, modern and fully-equipped flat is perfect for a successful stay in Paris with family or friends. (the building is currently being refurbished, with no noise pollution).

- 1 bedroom with double bed, an office to work and en-suite bathroom with shower

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaner.

Place de la Concorde and Place du Trocadero are just a 10-minute walk away, and the Eiffel Tower is a 10-minute taxi ride away.

There are plenty of shopping facilities, including supermarkets and chemists.
