The park entrance is 25 miles from Pebblenook Lodge and with summertime traffic it is about a 40 to 50 minute drive. To the north, you can explore Mt. Katahdin (the terminus of the Appalachian Trail) inside of Baxter State Park.
No matter what you choose to do, there is so much to explore in Maine. Pebblenook Lodge promises to be a wonderful respite on Graham Lake in which to relax and enjoy solitude away from the crowds of Bar Harbor. Oh... you will be amazed at the stars on a clear night. Happy star gazing!

Tim was a wonderful host and answered any questions we had very promptly. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The s’mores kit was a nice touch. The area is very quiet with a gorgeous view of the lake! You won’t be disappointed renting this cabin.
We really enjoyed our week in the cabin on the lake. The cabin is super nice and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one would need to cook some super meals. There is a really nice Weber gas grill on the deck that we used almost every night. We loved the stay and plan to return.
We had a wonderful stay at Pebblenook Lodge. The house was very comfortable for our family, and had everything we needed for cooking meals, etc. We loved the yard games, relaxing on the deck, s'mores at the firepit, and swimming and canoeing on the lake. It was a great home base for our adventures to Acadia and Schoodic. Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our stay at Pebblenook. It was beautiful, clean, fresh, convenient, and really great for our three kids. They enjoyed swimming and fishing and the house was gorgeous. Thank you!
This was our first time in Maine and Pebblenook Lodge was the perfect place to stay! Not only was it super clean, but the ambience of the location by the lake and the log cabin interior was the best! Tim and Sharon are super hosts with their attention to every detail! They definitely set the bar high for other VRBO’s! We hope to return some day to this awesome property some day! Thank you Tim & Sharon!
Place was as described. Hosts were great. Our toaster broke and the next morning after speaking with the hosts a new one was on the porch waiting for us. They gave great recommendations for around town. We had a great time not only enjoying the lake and house but also adventuring around Acadia, Ellsworth and Mt. Desert Island. Definitely recommend staying here.
Wonderful place right on the lake. The home is modern, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after a day-long adventure at the Acadia National Park. We enjoyed our stay and will love to be back.
We had a great time with our friends all week. Tim and Sharon were very welcoming, sincere great people.
We have all beef to a lot of destinations all over the world, and this is one of our favorites!
Nicely appointed cabin in a fantastic setting. Situated right on the lake with great views of the water and the sunrise. The hosts are close by in the event they are needed and will come by and welcome guests personally. The cabin is clean, up-to-date and stocked with everything guests need. The 'extras' such as canoes, kayaks, yard games, fire pit, board games, streaming TV channels and the full deck with the Weber grill make it so guests never have to leave. If they want to, groceries and restaurants are only 10 minutes away. Highly recommend this rental.
Wonderful hosts! Fabulous loghome on Graham Lake. Nearby yo Bat harbor and Acadia. Lots to do. Fully equipped very clean home. What more could you ask for?
This is almost a brand new cabin on a beautiful large lake with a very quiet setting. Our four retired group had a great setup for exploring during the days and dining and cards at night.
Beautiful cabin and property! The cabin was well equipped and clean. Tim was a great host and was quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this home.
We were looking for a place to relax from the Bar Harbor chaos. The Pebblenook was perfect for us. We had a pair of owls greet us each night at dusk. Loons called out from less than a 100 yards from shore. Tim and Sharon are amazing hosts and give great tip on where to eat and other places in Acadia. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Tim and Sharon
Thecamp that we stayed at was relatively new and very well care for. It was very well equipped. We meet the owner a number of times and always offered great suggestions. I would recommend this place to anyone .
The house is beautifully set on Graham lake and a short drive to Acadia National Park. The house was well equiped for any stay and was also well equiped for recreational activities on the water. The owners were responsive and were there for anything that was needed. Recommend the location and would definitely stay here again.
Another amazing trip. This is our second time renting this home and it was so nice! The weather was be, we got to see the changing of the leaves and did a lot of fun things. We celebrated my husbands 65th birthday. We surprised him with e bike rental through Acadia park, family did a lot of climbing and had a couple of good fires in the fire pit. The only concern is there isn’t a lot of seating in the living room, but it wouldn’t deter us from renting again. We also did the carriage rides at Wildwood Stables In the park and had an amazing dinner at The Chart Room.
