Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a sleeping area and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 new Queen Size double bed (160×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
On the mezzanine
- A dormitory area with 1 double Queen Size bed (160×190) and 2 single beds (90×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A shared swimming pool (4×12 m) unheated and fenced open from 1ᵉʳ May to 30 September.
- A 6 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in L'Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
