- a large mezzanine with a big double bed (160cm x 200cm)
- 2 bunk beds at the entrance
- a shower-room
- separate toilets.

Free access to the Coches d'eau shuttles (during their working period) to get around Port Grimaud and go to the beach or the market place in Port Grimaud 1.
The beach is about 7-minute away by walk.
The restaurants are less than 1 minute away.
Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (sea activities, golf, spa, amusement park...)
Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...
