"Latitude Adjustment” is your home-away-from-home, a thoughtfully renovated retreat located in the heart of Siesta Key. Explore the local charm & simple pleasures while being a short walk from the #1 ranked beach in the USA.

Located minutes away from restaurants, shopping and night life you can park your car & put your keys away as there are plenty of fun ways to get around and explore the island. The Siesta Breeze Open-air trolley runs the length of the island from the south end of Siesta Key to the Village and can be flagged down at any point in between. Currently there is no charge for this service and it runs until midnight every day of the week.

The great room of this coastal contemporary gem boasts a 10' high wood ceiling, a 60" flat screen television, and an abundance of natural light which combined, provide for the perfect gathering place. The oversized master suite like the rest of this home has been professionally decorated and offers a king size bed, large wall mounted flat screen TV, built in cabinetry in the closet and a large walk in shower. The nautically inspired guest room with a king size bed has its own flat screen TV as well. The well-appointed kitchen checks all the boxes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops & under-cabinet lighting. One of the most sought after features is the large outdoor patio which allows for a view of the marina.

At Latitude adjustment we understand that sometimes you can't just disconnect yourself so we also accommodate the techno traveler who appreciates high speed internet, smart TV and over 150 cable channels.

There are many in-house features available as a guest at Harbor Towers so you always have the option to stay on campus and relax at the pool or enjoy a game of tennis on one of the 3 Har-Tru courts. There is even a dipping pool for the smaller family members. Empowering the sports enthusiast there's a newly updated gym & sauna along with a kayak launch adjacent to the marina. Cast a fishing line into the water or sip a cool drink under the gazebo while you watch the dolphin play in the ICW. There are multiple grilling areas and a club room boasting floor-to-ceiling glass windows. All these amenities are waiting for you behind the gated entry and waterfall feature of this iconic property.
