This modern and tastefully decorated 630m² house is conveniently located near various top attractions in Valréas, such as Tour Ripert and Château de Simiane!

The house features two seating areas with comfortable sofas to enjoy a relaxing evening with your loved ones. The dining area includes a large table for enjoying your meals.

Outside, you will find a spacious garden with a pool, offering a serene atmosphere for moments of tranquility and refreshing dips.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. Additionally, the house has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

Three bedrooms have king-sized beds each, while the others have queen-sized beds each. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

A home cinema is at your disposal if you wish, especially for the Olympic Games

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
