Completely furnished, clean and tidy, with fully updated kitchen, granite tile counter tops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to just move in; including washer & dryer, all utilities, cable and internet.
Common area has a pool and fitness center. Easy access to I-25 (to downtown Denver), C470 (1.5 hrs to the mountains), and I-225 (to DIA). Easy walk to RTD's Arapahoe Light Rail station for commuting downtown, or to Park Meadows Mall. Restaurants (including Starbucks!) and shopping just around the corner, as well as Huntington Acres Park nearby. Easy access to unit with keypad on the door.
