Located on the 4th floor with elevator, the accommodation comprises:
- 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a bunk bed and a sofa bed ;

- a lounge area for relaxing after a day out;
- and a shared swimming pool to cool off in.

You'll have everything you need for a great stay, including: Wi-Fi connection, parking, TV, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, mop, fan, tumble dryer, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

## Emplacement
Perpignan, the capital of Roussillon and the Eastern Pyrenees, is nicknamed "la belle Catalane".
