Not a Good Stay
My friends and I were excited to spend a relaxing spring break at this stay; however, it was the opposite experience. When we arrived, the sheets had ample stains, the floor and tables were not cleaned, the dishes were sticky, and there was no dish soap for us to wash them. There were coffee and coffee grounds left in the pot as well. I am aware all properties won't have plenty of toilet paper, but we had 6 people and one roll of toilet paper provided to us. This property has a rule of no smoking; unfortunately, that is all we could smell INSIDE the home. Also, the property was listed as a house, it is a duplex and has a shared entrance! We tried to contact the host, did not respond well when trying to accommodate us and threatened to evict us instead of compensating us for cleaning the entire house. We were told evicting us would be easier because this is a 'busy time', and they would make more off of another group. Overall, my group left very unhappy and we would never recommend this property.
