Très bien mais....
 De manière générale l'appartement est très bien. Spacieux, calme, moderne... Literie tres bien, salle de bain parfaite. Sa situation générale est à la fois intéressante car un peu éloignée de st jean de luz et donc plus calme mais impose l'usage de la voiture pour les déplacements quotidiens. Le trajet de la plage est dans l'absolu réalisable å pied mais dans les faits il y a 1,1 km sur un bord de route non adaptée donc dangereux et très escarpée. Quelques manques en équipement ou vaisselle

De manière générale l'appartement est très bien. Spacieux, calme, moderne... Literie tres bien, salle de bain parfaite. Sa situation générale est à la fois intéressante car un peu éloignée de st jean de luz et donc plus calme et en même temps cet éloignement impose l'usage de la voiture pour les déplacements quotidiens. Le trajet de la plage est dans l'absolu réalisable å pied mais dans les faits il y a 1,1 km sur un bord de route non adaptée donc dangereux et très escarpée. Le stationnement est très compliqué pour les plages et le bus coûte 1,2 euros le trajet. L'appartement est å la fois de bon standing et en même temps certains points ou prestations ne sont pas å la hauteur vu le prix. Les locaux étaient très propres mais l'intérieur des placards et la vaisselle pour parties n'étaient pas propres. Pas de parasol sur la terrasse est vraiment un manque car avec la chaleur l'usage en est compliqué le soir notamment meme si u e partie couverte protege un peu le midi. Nous l'avons sdemande mais dans retour. Le mobilier est pour partie inadapté ou pas en état comme 4 chaises en tissu totalement vétuste et pas hygiénique. Un meuble est cassé et ne semble pas vouloir être réparé par le propriétaire selon l'agence.pas de chaises extérieur pour tout le monde Étendoir à linge de petie taille, rouille et t seulement 4 pinces à linge fournies.tres peu de cintres pouf les penderie et dans 1 chambre tiroirs inutisables dans les placards. Pour finir les propriétaires des logements de la résidence sont pour partie peu sympathiques et peu accueillant accusant même à tort de certains troubles les locataires ( déjections canines) ou avec des a priori sur les occupants. La région est magnifique et le logement bien placė pour rayonner.

Très bon sejour
Bel appartement dont le gros atout est sa superbe terrasse. On peut même apercevoir l océan depuis un coin de la terrasse. Rien a redire a part un canapé deux places pour un logement prévu pour 6 personnes. La tv est un peu datée et quelques couverts mériteraient d être remplacés. Avec ces quelques améliorations cet appartement aurait été noté « excellent » Merci à Sophie pour son accueil cinq étoiles

Agréable terrasse, appartement fonctionnel et spacieux. Il manque quelques équipements de cuisine comme un grille pain et c’est très pauvre en vaisselle ! Mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Appartement non nettoyé. Téléviseur des années 50' avec tube cathodique( promesse de remplacement non tenue). Mobilier intérieur et extérieur inconfortable. Brosse des toilettes dégoûtante. casseroles bonnes à jeter mais remplacées.

une terrasse où il fait bon vivre
Très agréable appartement avec une belle terrasse, à proximité d'une belle plage dotée d'un bon restaurant, le seul petit bémol un peu loin du centre de Saint Jean de Luz
