Enjoy this entire home with private resort style backyard! You'll love the area with hiking/biking trails one minute walk from the front door while being close proximity to everything in the valley. Parlor game room with pool table, dart board, and smart tv. accompanied with dual fire pit table in the backyard make this space great for entertaining family and friends. I love this home and I think you will as well!

Scarlett Canyon is a beautiful neighborly community that provides privacy yet close proximity to everything you need for day to day life. The neighborhood is nestled in between mountain peaks right outside your doorstep!
A one minute walk from the front door gives you access to an extensive network of trails great for hiking and biking - Personally, this is one of my favorite aspects of the neighborhood. Ability to stay active even with a busy schedule.
Close access to Highway 101 (East and West) as well as Highway 51 (North and South) Make getting around the valley quick and easy
Costco - .8 miles
Buffalo Ridge Park - .5 miles - Lighted basketball courts, public frisbee golf course, network of hiking trails
Albertsons - 1.5 miles
