Serenity Peak Lodge is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
⢠Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
⢠During spring and fall this property may have an influx of ladybugs. They are harmless and can be simply swept or vacuumed up, but if this will be of concern for your group we recommend selecting a different property for your stay.
⢠Please note that this property is bound to the restrictions of a Homeowners' Association. Outdoor fires, RVs, and ATVs are not permitted.
⢠Travel Insurance Highly Recommended
During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather.
