The Baltic Sea beach is right at your feet. The center of the exclusive Scharbeutz is approx. 400 m away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot via the beautiful promenade. A dialysis center is approximately 50 meters away.

3 rooms with separate sleeping areas, balcony and kitchen can accommodate 5 guests. The apartment has two levels. On the lower level is the living area, in which a comfortable pull-out couch (1.60 wide) serves as a sleeping facility. From there you can pass the furnished balcony with a great sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. There is also a guest toilet here. On the upper level there are two further separate bedrooms with comfortable single beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the upper floor. A washing machine is available for guests free of charge. A garden with a seating area, loungers and a children's playground is available for guests to use.

Entertainment in the evening: An LCD flat screen TV with cable connection and DVD player invites you to exciting film evenings. A stereo system with radio / CD function is also part of the entertainment.

Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand, nur durch Straße und Promenade getrennt. Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles, was wir als 5-köpfige Familie gebraucht haben. 👍

Maritime Ferienwohnung mit 1A-Aussicht
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa Susewind. Der Ausblick war traumhaft, lediglich der Verkehr war teilweise etwas laut. Dafür war man aber schnell im Ort und vor allem am Strand Die Wohnung ist sehr süß eingerichtet.

Direkt am Meer
Die Wohnung ist recht eng geschnitten und eignet sich daher eher für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Aber es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist direkt an der Hauptverkehrsader. Der Vorteil: Einmal über die Straße und man ist am Strand, sämtliche Restaurants lassen sich in 15min. erreichen. Nachteil: Es herrscht den ganzen Tag Verkehrslärm. An Schlechtwettertagen oder beim Frühstücken auf dem Balkon etwas nervig. Nachts ist es dennoch ruhig und der Schlaf wird dadurch nicht beeinträchtigt.

Schöne Urlaubswoche an der Ostseeküste
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es hatte alles, was wir benötigten. Das Bad war allerdings sehr klein, hat uns jetzt aber persönlich weniger gestört. Das Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten ist ein Durchgangszimmer zum Bad und zum 2. Schlafzimmer. Das könnte man in der Beschreibung noch verdeutlichen. Die Lage ist toll, direkte Strandlage an der Promenade. In ein paar Gehminuten ist man in der "Stadt", am Supermarkt, an der Apotheke oder in einem der vielen Restaurants. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Tolle Lage - zentrumsnah und doch Meerblick
Sehr nette Wohnung mit niedlich kleinem Balkon 😉 zum Meer. Wuselige Straßensituatiion war uns vorher schon bekannt, daher für uns kein Makel. Muss man aber vertragen können. Einrichtung schön bis zweckmäßig. Bad ist muckelig klein. Das zweigeschossige Arrangement ist ebenfalls nett. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Objekt. Lediglich die Bettenanordnung für Eltern ist doof. Bei Singlereisenden sicherlich okay.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis
..war alles ok! Der Durchgang von einem durch das andere Schlafzimmer war nicht optimal und der mega kleine Balkon ebenso - mit einer 4 Personen Belegung.(hätte man deutlicher drauf hinweisen können)Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Parkplatz und Strand direkt vor der Tür! Toilettendeckel oben könnte mal repariert werden. Schön eingerichtet...

Toplage, leider direkt an der Hauptstraße
Die Fewo ist insgesamt ganz ok. Leider lässt die Einrichtung etwas zu wünschen übrig. Punkt 1 sind die Betten, drei der oberen Betten sind ok (wobei man keine Platzangst haben darf, denn durch die Dachschrägen ist es sehr eng), es gibt noch ein Extrabett zum rausziehen mit einer unschönen Matratze mit Riesenfleck, das geht für mich gar nicht. Überhaupt ist es oben besonders eng, auch das winzige Duschbad. Für Menschen über 1,80m schon sehr knapp. Auch heikel ist die steile Treppe, wir hatten immer Sorge um unsere kleinen Kinder. Die Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet, wobei es mit 5 Personen am Tisch sehr eng ist. Das Wohnzimmer ist der modernste Raum und man kann morgens den Sonnenaufgang sehen. Dort gibt es ein gutes Ausziehsofa. Leider funktionierte der CD-Spieler nicht, da hatten wir uns drauf verlassen. Trotz Meldung bekamen wir keinen Ersatz und unsere Mädels mussten sich anderweitig beschäftigen. Die Lage zum Strand ist eigentlich super, wenn da nicht die viel befahrene Hauptstraße direkt am Haus entlang wäre. Man kommt mit einer Ampel rüber, aber mit kleinen Kindern finde ich es nicht entspannt. Dafür braucht man nur 1Min. zum Strand. Die Parkplätze am Haus waren ausreichend, auch mit Bus.

Alles Super sehr Sauber ! 🙂
Die Wohnung ist in einen Top Zustand die Lage ist wunderbar mit See Blick besser geht es nicht. Die Schlafräume befinden sich oben da die Wohnung auf 2 Etage aufgeteilt ist .
