Located on the 6th floor with elevator, this bright and quiet apartment is in a building dating from the 1930s. It comprises:
- Two bedrooms with a double bed equipped with a quality mattress and a single bed.
- A separate, fully-equipped kitchen.
- A shower room.
- Large living room with fireplace and sofa bed.
- A spacious office with ergonomic chair and a collection of over a thousand books in different languages.

Everything you need for an excellent stay will be at your disposal, including Wi-Fi connection, tumble dryer, microwave, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, fan, fridge, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment's location is ideal:
- Just a 4-minute walk from the "Jules Joffrin" metro station (line 12).
- In the neighborhood, you'll find an open-air market, bookshops, boutiques, French, international and ethnic grocery stores, as well as cafés and restaurants.

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
