A great place to live two minutes walk from all amenities and the beach.
The L'Impérial 1 apartment is comfortable and has a bedroom, one with a 140cm bed and a bunk bed, a living room with a breathtaking view of the sea, plus a kitchen area with kitchenette . A bathroom with a non-separate toilet completes the rooms made available. This apartment has a reserved parking space for all reservations made from March to November. The other months, parking is free throughout the town of GRAU DU ROI.
All without vis-à-vis, out of sight and close to all the shops and the beach.
The living room is pleasant, bathed in light, with a southern exposure.
