Deluxe Lower Hollywood Unit with hardwood floors, good closet space, portable AC unit in bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room, high speed business internet, desk and chair for working and Roku TV in living room. Assigned Parking is $250 per month or you can park on the street for free just watch the signs. We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on site not even outside the unit. NO SMOKING. No pets and no parties.
