The Townhouse located in safe private community, completely renovated, 2 Bedroom, 1 office room, 2.5 Bathroom, Balcony, Central AC, 2 free parking. Close to the Shawnee Mountain Ski Area (0.5 mi), Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort (3.8 mi), Delaware Water Gap (6.8 mi), Bushkill Fall (7.2 mi). Our house is located in a family-oriented community with playground and not suitable for loud parties, violators will be evicted without a refund. Minimum age restriction for the booking guest is 23 years of age.
The townhouse is completely renovated with 2 Bedroom, 1 office room, 2.5 Bathroom, Fireplace, Central AC, Free WiFi, TV/Free: Netflix, Y-tube, Amazon Prime. Townhouse with Backyard, Grill for barbecue, Free Parking for 2 cars. Community has a Playground area and can be enjoyed by people of all ages, it is a safe area with a beautiful mountain view
This is a very clean and bright house, and all the furniture and appliances are brand new. On the first floor there is an entrance to the deck and backyard with access to the playground area. You can make barbecue in our backyard (we have a small charcoal grill) outside of rear deck on the ground. The house has a balcony on the second floor. Also outside of the house on the right and left side of the entrance, there are 4 big closets for ski and snowboard equipment.
Our private community is very safe, accessible only for homeowners and guests. Inside the community we have a park with a playground, you can walk safely around the community and enjoy mountain and Shawnee ski area views. The development is clean and very convenient for parking. In front of the house two free parking spots are available. Home association is taking care of the exterior cleaning. Trash area is located at the end of apartment complex.
Close to community Big plaza with Pharmacy, Dollar General, Pizza Place, Liquor store and Grocery store "Price Chopper " (2 miles).
The Northslope II community is one of the closest town-home communities to the Shawnee Mountain Ski Area (0.5 miles). Close to the Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort (3.8mi), Delaware Water Gap (6.8 mi), Bushkill Fall (7.2 mi).
Delaware Water Gap, which slices through the Kittatinny Ridge. Miles of trails include a section of the Appalachian National Scenic Trail. There are no entrance fees for Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.
If you are a Jazz lover, you can visit the Deer Head Inn nearby (6 miles away), this is the oldest continuously running jazz club in the country and Home of Jazz in the Pocono Mountains is situated in historic Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania.
Also you can drive to the Crossing Premium Outlets (17 miles). If needed, the Pocono Medical Center is located 7 miles away.

Things to know, Rules and Regulations:

WiFi name, password and key box code will be send at the day of the arrival.
Please be mindful of neighbors and suspend all loud music/noise by 10:00 P.M on weekdays and by 11:00 P.M. on weekends
Please don’t use grill on the rear deck, use outside of the house/rear deck 10 feet away.
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the suite.
Please wash dishes before checking out and place them on drying mat.
Broken Items:
If for any reason you break or damage an item during your stay, please let me know. I understand that accidents happen, but in order for me to fix or replace something for a future guest to enjoy, I will need to know that it is broken. Any items found missing, broken or damaged without report will be replaced with your damage deposit at 150% cost price. I appreciate your honesty with this procedure.
Trash Disposal:
You will find trash bags in the grey storage box located at the entrance of townhouse. No trash may not be left on the front porch at any time. Trash should be properly bagged in plastic bags and deposited in the containers provided for that purpose. Please remove the trash and dump it in the trash boxes and recycling bins at the end of the building (Video Monitoring). Please throw away all perishable goods from fridge or cabinets before leaving.
Smoking:
No smoking is permitted in the home. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash after wetting the end.
Vehicles, parking and traffic:
Parking shall be in the designated parking areas-two parking slips directly in front of the home. The circle is one way.
Pets:
No pet shall be permitted in townhouse unit. There will be an assessment of $100.00 for any person other than an owner bringing a pet into a whole owned townhouse.
Theft of valuables from vehicles:
For their own protection, renters are discouraged from keeping valuables (including skis and bicycles) in or on their vehicles.
