Our 'Casa do Girassol' with a view of the Atlantic Ocean situated in the small resort 'Quinta Velha Village' on the edge of the old fishing village of Cabanas. The very well equipped townhouse (95 m²) is in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining u. Living room divided into two floors.
There are 3 terraces (total 75 sqm.): The largest is accessible from the living room and the kitchen.
The house is also equipped with 2 bedrooms for rent. The prices are on our website or ask like after.
There is a large swimming pool, pool bar and two restaurants in the beautiful grounds.

Séjour parfait

Parfait séjour à la Casa del Girasol. Localisation parfaite, soit pour découvrir la ville à pieds, soit pour aller découvrir cette magnifique région. Le rooftop de la maison est exceptionnel pour découvrir les ciels étoilés d’août… Seul bémol, la maison n’est pas climatisée, donc un peu dur quand on n’y a pas fait attention et qu’il fait très chaud. Les propriétaires sont incroyablement gentils.. . Bref, on recommande les yeux fermés !

Wonderful family house

Wonderful place, nice village and neighborhood. Cabanas is such a nice place. Completely advisable. Really nice, tidy and fully equipped house. Good back yard with direct access to street. I would say nothing was missing and it was really clean and ready to use. Does not have air conditioner but it is not necessary. Thank and congratulations Mr Eibich.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das bestens ausgestattete Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt in einer schönen, gepflegten und lebendigen Anlage mit Gastronomie, in der überwiegend Einheimische ihren Urlaub verbringen. Sowohl Geschäfte als auch Restaurants und der Strand sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Casa muito cuidada

Moradia simpatica, confortável, prática, muito cuidada e dotada de todas as comodidades e equipamentos para umas excelentes férias em família. Anfitriões soberbos e atentos aos pormenores. Nada, mas mesmo nada, falta na casa. Só as formigas estão a mais. Mas até para elas há soluções. Estadia a repetir, sem dúvida.

Televisão

A casa é excelente. Adorámos a estadia. O único reparo a fazer que não é uma reclamação, mas apenas um comentário, é que os canais de televisão não eram portugueses mais sim alemães . As crianças acabaram por ver desenhos animados em alemão, o que até acabou por ser divertido. Aproveito sugerir ao proprietário a colocação de um portão no terraço grande, tal como têm as casas vizinhas, facilitaria imenso as deslocações para a rua.

Celebration holiday

Stayed at apartment with my mother & sisters for a 90th birthday! Everything in the house that we needed , no air con but not a problem as plenty of breeze with safety on windows! Lovely patio & balcony. Communal pool with guard

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Schön wäre es ,wenn in der gut ausgestattenen Küche ein Fach für die Lebensmittel der Feriengäste frei gehalten würde. Außerdem wird es bei Wind und kühleren Temperaturen bedingt durch die schlecht schließenden Fenster und Türen leider sehr kalt im Haus. Temperaturen von 12 Grad in den Schlafräumen können durch die ausreichend vorhandenen Bettdecken z. T. ausgeglichen werden. Ansonsten war alles tiptop,auch die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Bom mas pode ser melhorado

Boa casa com 3 quartos, mas tem na má ligação da internet o seu ponto mais fraco. O outro aspecto que podia ser melhorado seria ter uma sistema de ar condicionado nos quartos, Mas a casa é muito boa e bem localizada.

Es war ein sehr schöner, ruhiger Urlaub

Hallo liebe Urlauber, dieser Urlaub hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Anlage ist herrlich, die Blumen blühen und duften, das Essen bei Jolly Sailor in der Anlage und in vielen Restaurants im Ort und in Tavira ist sehr schmackhaft und preiswert. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das Restaurant Noala am Wasser links das letzte in Cabanas! In Tavira gibt es am Markt sogar einen deutschen Bioladen, wo es die gewohnte Kost für alle Allergiker gibt. Das Haus bietet Alles, was wir benötigen, ist sauber und gepflegt und wird scheinbar regelmäßig in Stand gesetzt. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und gaben gute Tipps. Es gab viele schöne Ausflugsziele und schöne Jogging- und Radfahrstrecken. Sehr Familienfreundlich, aber überschaubar und ruhig. Ich hoffe, die Bewertung war hilfreich. Wir werden wieder kommen. Es war ein sehr schöner, ruhiger Urlaub

Hallo liebe Reiselustigen, die Anlage besteht aus privaten Häusern, die um diese Jahreszeit nur teilweise bewohnt sind. Alles blüht, und duftet, eine herrliche Atmosphäre. Das Haus wird anscheinend sehr gut instand gehalten und bietet alle gewünschten Annehmlichkeiten. Der Ort ist sehr nett auch jetzt konnten wir schon zur Insel gelangen. Ich habe meine Lieblingsstrecke zum Joggen gefunden. Die Portugiesen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten schöne Radtouren nach Tavira und weiter und lange einsame Strandspaziergänge unternehmen. Aufgefallen ist mir die gute Küche in der Anlage bei Jolly Sailor oder unten am Wasser bei Noelia (erstklassiges Restaurant zu günstigen Preisen). Tavira hat uns sehr gefallen. Am Markt gibt es sogar einen deutschen Bioladen. Toll. Also es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall für die ganze Familie. Wir haben viele gute Tipps von den Vermietern bekommen, die sich sehr gut auskennen. Ich hoffe, ich konnte weiterhelfen. Jörg
