La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers you this ideal holiday home with a sunny terrace in the heart of Loix and in the immediate vicinity of shops and the market.
Close to the cycle paths, the house is quiet and 500 metres from the sea.
The house is comfortable and has a large living room/lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice dining area open to the terrace.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
Bright and spacious living area with a lounge and open kitchen.
A separate toilet.
Bedroom 1 with a double bed 160x200 and a private open bathroom with toilet.
UPSTAIRS:
Master Bedroom 2 with a double bed 180x200 and a private open bathroom with toilet.
Bedroom 3 with a double bed 160x200 and a private open shower room with toilet.
Bedroom 4 with a double bed 160x200 and a private open shower room with toilet.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Everything can be done by bike and on foot or almost and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island of 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities and flavours, art and decoration, we are happy to offer you a quality stay in our house.
Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will give you a welcome guide with good plans and our advice to discover the Ile de Ré in the best conditions!
The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer season.
INCLUDED SERVICES:
The end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The rental and delivery of bed and bathroom linen are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The key handover and presentation of the house directly on site are included.
The tourist tax is included.
