Maison Bretonne Avec Jardin, à 5 Minutes de la mer et du Bourg !
Breton family home renovated in 2011, 2 steps from the village and the beach (port and Grève blanche), with 2 parking spaces, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
The ground floor is a large living room with a sitting area with fireplace and TV (and platform subscriptions), a dining room with a table for 8 and a fitted and equipped kitchen. A laundry room and separate toilet complete the space.
All the rooms have 2 places to sleep and a desk for teleworking (wifi tested and approved). There is a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the second, both with toilets. The house can accommodate children but is not equipped for toddlers.
Behind the house, a terrace with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue overlooks the garden, which has access to the village.
We do not accept pets and only accept smokers in the garden.
