Pretty new 2 room apartment by the sea ("Fronte di Mare" residence), 50m², upstairs (elevator), very beautiful sea view. Facing the beach. Private indoor parking. Air conditioner.
Layout: 1 bedroom; 1 living room/kitchen; bathroom/WC.
Terrace with vast panoramic sea, beach and mountain views... (Not overlooked). Direct view of the beach.
Amenities: Sea and beach (approximately 50 m); close to a large bakery with snacks, breakfasts, etc.; restaurant on the beach (Le Mancinu). 500m from the city center (and tourist area: Shops, restaurants, etc.), 1km from the commercial port (ferries from Marseille). About 1.5 km from large stores. Near aquatic rentals: Paddles, various boats, jet skis....
Note: Without wifi (but mobile Internet is received perfectly).
Not suitable for children* or pets. No television.
* Babies "in the cradle", i.e. non-walkers, are accepted.
