Great place with tons of room to breathe. Fully stocked with any type of appliance that you could ever need. Communication was on point, timely and easy. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a place with a large group.

We had such a lovely time in this hidden gem. The host was accommodated, the house was clean and spacious. We also had ample space for all of my friends. The owner even curated a gift basket just for us with details of our celebration! We will definitely be staying again !

Great spot for group

This was a great home for our group of 8 lady golfers. It was furnished with everything we needed. Unfortunately hurricane Helene dampened our trip & we only got to golf 1 1/2 rounds instead of our scheduled 3 rounds. Cedric checked in on us regularly and responded very quickly when we had questions or concerns. He brought us flashlights & candles so we could be prepared in case of losing power - which did happen but only lasted an hour or so. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home for 8 plus people.

Family Golf Week

Seven guys in a five bedroom house during football season and baseball playoff season this house was awesom. More space than we needed. TVs in almost every room gave eveyone a chance to see the game they wanted. We will schedule our next golf week around the availability of this house. The home owner was too notch. Quick to respond to every email at 1100 pm or 6 am.

Graduation gathering

We stayed here with family for our son’s December graduation from Auburn. We had plenty of room for those sleeping there and the others that came for the luncheon. When we arrived it was a pleasant surprise to see a Christmas tree in the living room. The host also surprised us with the tables already set up for our BBQ luncheon. They had some AU decorations for the graduate on the wall which was a nice touch. Cedric was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again if we have a large family gathering in Auburn. It was a little tricky finding the place at first but then we had no problem finding our way back after the graduation. Thank you Cedric for all the special touches and for helping us make memories. War Eagle!

Excellent Family and Family Weekend Rental

Mr. Pontoo was very accommodating. Unexpected; he provided a fully stocked coffee bar. The house was clean, has updated appliances, he provided board games, had a screened in back porch, nice large backyard. We were there for an Auburn graduation, my family enjoyed the stay.

A blessing for our son's wedding weekend

Our host made our stay the best we've had with a Vrbo property. He was very quick to answer any questions I had and even helped me with driving directions to several locations. We had our son's wedding at Crooked Oaks and rehearsal dinner in Opelika, and this house was right in the middle. We also had a large group of family that stayed for the extended weekend and this house is perfect for a large group. It is well stocked and already prepared for a large group both inside and outside. We highly recommend both this house and our Host!

This was an excellent house with plenty of room! We had multiple families with children and everyone had plenty of room and bathroom access. The house is spacious, very clean, and has an awesome yard for kids to play! It was about a 15 min ride to campus but worth it.

Perfect getaway!

It's not often that you find the ideal getaway for a girl's trip that works for 12 people, but we did. CAG Estate is a beautiful home on a large and secluded property. The house was very clean, well furnished and amply stocked; including lots of unexpected extras that made our stay more comfortable. Questions were answered quickly by the host. You won't regret staying at this property. We are already planning our next visit!

Great Place For A Group Stay

Four couples stayed here for Auburn's Parents Weekend. The house has so many fun things to do: pool table, full kitchen (with cute gift bags for our students), outdoor porch and more. Cedric met us at the house and was a gracious host the entire weekend. Appx 15 minute drive to the Auburn campus, but very easy to get to. Only negative was a few of the mattresses were quite hard. Cedric said they had recently been replaced and he was looking to get pillow toppers for those mattresses. Would highly recommend!
