A peaceful dwelling located between mountains and ocean, only 20 minutes from the gates of the city of Saint-Pierre with its white sand beach, restaurants and lively nightlife, to the volcano (by the magnificent forest of Notre Dame de la Paix) and to the wild south and its lava flows (where you can take a unique excursion: visit the lava tunnels) through the beach of Grand Anse, one of the most beautiful on the island.

Mont Vert is renowned for its vegetable crops and strawberry cultivation (party every year in September) as well as the cultivation of Victoria pineapple.
