This new home has an open floor plan with a dining room that opens to a 16' X 20' deck with plenty of outdoor seating. Light up the gas grill and enjoy large backyard. Cross through the backyard and follow the winding trail for your own private fire pit that is stocked with wood. A favorite place for s'mores to end the evening.

Stunning Home

My daughter attends Notre Dame and this property is in extremely good proximity to campus. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. Kevin was very communicative and easy to work with. Definitely would stay next time I am in town and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the South Bend area!

A very clean and comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Great deck area! Host was very accommodating and hospitable. Convenient to campus. A very nice home for three couples on a football weekend!

Beautiful property and wonderful host!

Top notch property in South Bend! We spent a week at this home in July 2024 and it was wonderful. The house is beautiful with all amenities as listed, location is perfect, and overall stay was excellent. Kevin is a friendly, welcoming, attentive, and responsive host. Beautiful Home

This house was very clean, beds were comfortable, felt homy and had everything we needed. Kevin had snacks and drinks available for us and a card, such a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommend this house!

Weekend Getaway

We stayed with friends and our daughter who attends Notre Dame. We were able to see her in the pep band at a ND basketball game. Campus was a short drive as well as restaurants we visited. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. Loved the extra little snacks and water that were left for us. We’ll definitely keep this house in mind for future visits!

Pitt/Notre Dame football game

Absolutely great! Very nice, clean and comfortable house to stay. Convenient to Notre Dame stadium. No problems and very easy to deal with the owner Kevin. We felt very welcome in his house.

Exceptional property in every way…

Kevin’s property was perfect, and Kevin was always immediately responsive and helpful. The place was immaculately clean, new, furnished with everything we needed and everything worked, no issues at all. The proximity to the store is 2-3 minutes and then neighborhood was very quiet. We’ve already booked again for another game weekend. Thanks Kevin!

Family Reminiscing

We drove out from NH to be with my cousin and his wife from MI for his Mom’s funeral services. We had other family locally in the South Bend area. This house far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well appointed, and we loved the fire pit for an evening of sitting around and sharing stories. Kevin was the ultimate host and made our stay easy, comfortable, and fun. Highly recommend this home. It’s in a great neighborhood of beautiful homes with quiet neighbors. Our thanks again to Kevin for making our stay 100% seamless!

Notre Dame Weekend

This is a beautiful, well appointed home that was perfect for our family get together. My adult son and I stayed there but my sister-in-law and her 3 adult children joined us for two celebratory dinners (she was admitted into the monogram club that weekend). The home is immaculate, spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, and has everything we needed. Kevin is a wonderful host. We absolutely could not have asked for anything more.

2022 Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed Kevins place. Everything was as described. There is a garage so you can park in there if you don’t want to park outside which we did. The community is very quiet and looks to be newer. Will definitely book again if we ever decide to come back to South Bend.

Beautiful VRBO stocked with all the necessities (and then some)!

What a wonderful property! From the modern decor to the spacious entertaining area to the fully stocked kitchen to the lovely, comfortable deck to the whimsical, secluded fire pit area — we feel lucky we found this rental. Our family (adult children) loved spending the weekend here while in South Bend. Go Irish!
