Between the famous cities of Palermo and Cefalù, about 2 km from Altavilla Milicia, welcomes you this cozy vacation home with private pool, from which you can admire a beautiful view of the sea to the Gulf of Palermo. The vacation home is surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees and for a successful vacation also provide cozy outdoor areas, ideal for pleasant moments under the sun of the Sicilian summer. Those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and hikers will be in their element. The beautiful, characteristic city of Cefalù is about 40 km away and should not be missing in your excursion program!

uitzicht vanaf zwembad geweldig. Huis niet goed onderhouden. Verhouding Prijs kwaliteit slecht!
Het uitzicht vanaf het zwembad is prachtig. Het huis en zwembad waren niet onderhouden. De foto’s op de site zijn niet representatief voor hoe het huis en het zwembad er in het echt uit zien. Het zwembad werd alleen op vrijdag schoongemaakt en was echt vies. Ik heb foto’s gemaakt van het vuil in het zwembad. We huren vaker huizen met zwembaden en zijn gewend dat het zwembad om de dag wordt schoongemaakt. Huis was ook vies ondanks dat we veel geld moesten betalen voor de schoonmaak. De douches liepen niet goed door en je moest de douche steeds tussendoor uit zetten anders overstroomde de vloer. We wilden koken en toen bleek het gas op en konden we ook niet douchen. De andere dag kwam er een nieuwe gastank. De WiFi hield ermee op van de eigenaar mochten we een kaart halen bij een telefoonwinkel op zijn kosten maar dat koste wel een halve dag vakantie. Bij aankomst moest ik voor vijf personen voor de bedden betalen terwijl we met 4 waren , maar omdat mijn zoon en dochter niet bij elkaar in een tweepersoonsbed wilden moest ik ook betalen voor de kinderkamer. Heb ik gedaan maar achteraf erg raar. Het zwembad ging raar geluid maken en er bleek te weinig water in te zitten, we hebben toen het water bijgevuld. De gas BBQ was ontzettend vies en vet die moesten we eerst schoonmaken voordat we hem konden gebruiken. Verder lag er veel zwerfvuil in de tuin en waren de vlonders onder het kunstgras ook kapot. Je moest goed uitkijken om niet te vallen. Alle apparatuur was oud en daardoor gebruikte de apparatuur veel stroom dat wij als klant moesten betalen. We hebben de vaatwasser gebruikt, 2 keer gewassen en 2 keer de airco aangehad. Kosten voor elektriciteit en voor het water waren veel te hoog. Dit was voor ons onacceptabel. Kortom kwaliteit prijs verhouding is heel erg slecht. Dit hebben we in al die jaren van huizen huren nog nooit meegemaakt. Voor andere klanten kan dit een waarschuwing zijn, de foto’s kloppen niet met de werkelijkheid en de prijs is veel te hoog voor wat het is.
