I was in Chattanooga for our nephew's graduation from UTC. We had 7 ppl traveling from all over. There were more than enough beds, more than enough bathrooms. As we all were over 65, walking downtown wasn't feasible. Highly suggesr earing at Tony's. Wonderful food.suggest ea
Great stay! Host was wonderful with commication and very flexible with our group. House had lots of room to relax and spread out with our family group of 9. Would stay again!
Hidden Gem is a great name for this place! Everything was clean with plenty of space for a group of 7. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The living room loft upstairs is ideal for kids. The adults enjoyed the bedrooms down stairs. Beautifully decorated and beds are VERY comfortable with nice sheets, pillows, and bedding. The owner is very nice, easy to communicate with, and responsive. Overall no complaints and we would definitely book here again in the future!
Flawless and prompt communication with owner/manager. This spacious and comfortable home is a short walk from free electric shuttle service throughout downtown areas. Excellent eateries also within a short walk. We would happily stay here again!
We spent our annual Girl's Weekend here. There were 4 adults, one teenager, and one 2-year-old. We all enjoyed our stay in this house. The only thing not tip-top was the doors. They would not close and did not want to open when you closed them. But that did not keep us from having a great time. Thanks for the use of the house.
Very nice house in a great location for visiting Chattanooga. We could reach lots of things on foot. The house was comfortable and well supplied with amenities. The Christmas tree was a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend this “hidden gem”.
There were five of us, and this house was perfect! My teenage nephew had the upstairs all to himself and he loved it 😊. The three bedrooms downstairs were just right for my brother and his wife, my mom, and me. Plenty of bathrooms! The house was immaculate and within walking distance to coffee, baked goods, restaurants. Of course, the kitchen was completely stocked if you choose to bring your own groceries and stay in. Oh, and the beds were so comfy! No complaints there! We strongly recommend this accommodation.
We were in town for a wedding. We were able to walk to the venue from the house. Space accommodated my husband and I as well as our three sons and their families. Plenty of space to visit while the kids played. Kitchen was well equipped. Only complaint was the noice from construction next door (more, the music that played loudly all day than the noise from construction). Could use some extra towels.
We enjoyed our time there and made some great memories in Chattanooga.
This was an easy access location to the Conference center - we were about a mile away - one individual in our group enjoyed the local bike rental while several others enjoyed the walk back and force several times a day. Some of us just drove the short distance.
House has what you need. We had one issue in one of the bathrooms and the owner came right over after work to fix it. He was pleasant and interacted with everyone. His wife is very responsive in text message, and very accommodating, as we needed an early check in and given the circumstances with prior guests they were able to accommodate. So it's always worth an ask if you need it. It was great to be able to go saturate our brains all day in the conference and bump back a short distance to eat, or take some downtime. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby - hikes - and museums as well - we were only about 18 minutes from the Chickamauga & Chattanooga National Military Park and battle field and about 3 minutes from the national cemetery. Several folks enjoyed a hike on look out mountain.
Our host was extremely accommodating. Reaching out to her was easy and she immediately responded.
The house was perfect for our group. Room for the females upstairs and could shower and get ready easily having the entire area for ourselves.
Te kitched was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and even coffee.
Perfect location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
Plenty of parking for large group.
Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.
We rented for a family weekend getaway. We had 6 adults and 4 kids 7 and under and had plenty of room! Very clean, great location! Super close to everything! Neighbors were a little loud one night, but we had sound machines that drowned the noise. Great place. Will stay again!
It is downtown, just a short walk to restaurants and a really great bakery.

I'm a fun loving and outgoing person who enjoys travel with my family. My family also does lots of travel using VRBO so we take pride in our home and wanting to ensure that we are providing what we expect.
Why they chose this property
this property is family owned. in 2019 we decided to remodel the property where we took the house down to the studs and started from scratch. Our goal was to keep the early 1900's feel to the home which is where you will see the wider hallway, the think baseboards and crown moulding! Its conveniently located to everything a person could want downtown and is literally a 5 min drive to the riverfront!
What makes this property unique
this is one of the few homes in this area with parking in the front and the back! this is truly an added bonus!
