Family-friendly apartment 70m² in the bike paradise Leogang / Saalbach

Our family-run hotel is located in a sunny, central location at the foot of the Leoganger Steinberge. The apartment is modern equipped with a large cozy kitchen (large dining area) and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. NEW: Separate living room with sofa landscape and TV and underfloor heating. On request 3. Bedroom with shower / toilet can be booked. The apartment can also be rented by 2 people. A large east and south balcony and a beautiful garden invite you to relax. The ski bus stop, the adventure pool, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Swing, slide, trampoline, sandpit and playground are available for our little guests. In winter you do not need a car to get into the ski circus: you can take the free ski bus (every 15 minutes) - stop 150 m near the house - to the Steinbergbahn or Asitz cable cars and can ski down to the house via the ski route. In summer we are an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours. The adventure swimming pool is only a few minutes' walk away from us. Bikeworld Leogang, the largest bike mecca in the Alps, is only 2 km away from us.

Sehr schön!

Saubere Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet, toller Garten! Das Haus liegt zwar direkt an der Durchgangsstrasse, aber die Zimmer schauen nach hinten und die Autos hört man nicht. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber!

Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und war gerade neu umgebaut. Durch die Aufteilung der Räume war sie perfekt für die Nutzung von 2 Paaren. Wir wurden direkt durch die Vermieter mit Kuchen begrüßt. Alles klappte die Tage super. Einzig die Lage - die direkt an der Strasse durchs Tal lag- war nicht so schön, etwas lauter. Aber wir waren Tags unterwegs, daher war das nicht so störend. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank 🙏

Perfekt!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche mit unseren Kindern verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ist geschmackvoll und ausgesprochen gepflegt. Zudem ist die Lage für Skifahrer perfekt, da man nach dem Skitag direkt zum Haus abfahren kann. Skibushaltestelle in 3Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Hinzu kommt, dass die Vermieter sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit sind. Nach dieser Urlaubswoche haben wir erstmals gleich für das nächste Jahr "gebucht". Danke! Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr!

Gorgeous, comfortable cottage. Great location!

My husband and I loved our 11 nights in this gorgeous house. I spent a lot of time looking at properties online before selecting this one and I am so pleased I did! The pictures online do not do it justice - it is much bigger than it looks in the photos, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two spacious living areas plus dining and full kitchen and an outdoor courtyard. There was plenty of space for the two of us to relax! It is in a great location - about 7 mins walk up Draper Ave to Pearl St for restaurants (make sure you go to Don Carlos Taco Shop and Cups cupcake bakery!) and the CVS, and another 3-5 min walk to Vons supermarket. About 7 mins walk to the beach to watch spectacular sunsets and 15 or so mins walk to see the amazing sealions and seals at La Jolla Cove. We both enjoyed running along the waterfront in the mornings and watching the surfers and wildlife. We also enjoyed the Farmers Market on Sunday mornings - about 5 mins walk along the street. This house was a great base for sightseeing in San Diego. We had a rental car and it was easy to get onto the freeway to travel into the city or to shopping malls. It is also just a short drive down La Jolla Boulevard to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. The owner was very friendly and responsive when we had a query regarding the light switches. The house was very clean and well-maintained. It had all the amenities we required, including washer and dryer, iron, full-size fridge and oven, microwave, coffee machine, hairdryer, off-street parking...basically a home away from home! We will be recommending this house to friends and family traveling to this part of the world and will definitely chose to stay here again next time we visit San Diego.

Very comfortable and convenient

This lovely home is very comfortable and within walking distance of downtown La Jolla. Lots of amenities and street parking is always available. The owner is very responsive to request. We've stayed here twice and hope to do so again.

Toller Urlaub

An dieser Stelle ein herzliches Dankeschön für diesen schönen Urlaub bei Ihnen. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich erstklassig, sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an Nichts. Für Mountainbiker ist es wirklich das Paradies auf Erden. Nur blöde, wenn man sich am 2. Tag des Urlaubs das Schlüsselbein bricht :-(( . Nichtsdestotrotz bietet Leogang und Umgebung auch viele andere Möglichkeiten, sich super zu erholen und die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir würden lieber 10 Sterne geben!!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal zu Gast und es war wieder ein toller Urlaub. Man wird familiär aufgenommen und es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts. Wir haben bereits in beiden Ferienwohnungen wohnen dürfen und beide sind hervorragend ausgestattet, ordentlich, modern und sehr sauber. Das ganze Haus ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Der Garten ist ebenfalls sehr schön und mit Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Die Umgebung lädt zum wandern ein. Zu empfehlen ist Leogang auch für Mountainbiker, denn der Bikepark bietet für jeden etwas. Von der Ferienwohnung kann man wunderbar bis zur Gondelstation laufen oder mit dem Rad fahren.

Family Vacation

We travelled to San Diego to visit family and see the sights. Super clean and well-equipped! Wonderful place for a family of 5 (3 children) to stay...a much better option than a cramped hotel room. Lovely patio in back. Close enough to the beach and village to walk, but quiet and tucked away from the more crowded areas. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing week!

Reunion

We had a comfortable wonderful time, in our rental. It was centrally located, and we could even walk to the beach. It was in a quiet neighborhood, not allot of traffic or people traffic. The rental was clean and inviting. The owners were very nice and were very helpful with all of our questions. We slept 4 there very comfortably. We plan to go back again in October. I would recommend this property. We also, had some fantastic meals in the area of Bird Rock, and in the Cove area- George's.

Familie Wieland Siegen

Wir waren mit zwei Familie zu Gast bei der Familie Niedermoser. Unser Sohn (17Jahre) war total begeistert vom Bike-Park Leogang. Die Löwenkarte haben wir als sehr gut empfunden (freie Berg und Talfahrt mit der Bergbahn etc.) Das Programm auf dem Berg /Erlebnispark etc. war sehr schön, vor allem für die beiden kleinen Kinder 1,5 und 4 Jahre) Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut top! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Fahrradwege für nicht Downhillfahrer sind sehr gut ausgebaut. Die Fereinwohnung der Familie Niedermoser ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen!
