Welcome to the Landhaus.Loft Volksdorf,

whether for families, friends or business travelers, the modern and brightly furnished apartment is the ideal place for your stay in Hamburg.

For all guests who live in one of the most beautiful parts of Hamburg and want to explore the city from there.

You will be received personally by us, so that all questions can be answered directly. We are also happy to provide tips for your stay in Hamburg and the surrounding area.

We are happy to make individual bookings and long-term stays possible on request.

Then all you have to do is move in and feel good.

Furnishing

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and is ideal for 3-4 people. With a sofa bed in the living area, it also offers space for 5-6 people.

The fully equipped open kitchen with large fridge, hob and dishwasher is also very suitable for longer stays.

A large dining table in the living area, a cozy sofa corner with flat screen TV and the large sunny terrace with loungers and seating options make your stay in the country house. Loft perfect.

Location

The cottage. Loft is idyllically located in a quiet residential street near the center of Volksdorf in Alversloweg. From here you can reach the Volksdorf underground station in just 10 minutes on foot, from where you have a direct connection to the main train station and the city center.

But Volksdorf also has a lot to offer. The beautiful and relaxing natural landscape of the area invites you to take long walks or bike rides. The popular museum village, the park, as well as the town center with numerous shops and localities complete the offer.

Zu Hause gefühlt

Vom ersten Moment an direkt wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Der Garten war leider nicht komplett umzäunt, was für Hundebesitzer eine wicjtige Info ist!

Sehr schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Besonders gut hat uns die Terrasse und der Garten gefallen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und die City von Volksdorf mit Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäften und Kino sehr gut erreichbar. In die City geht es mit der nicht weit entfernten U-Bahn. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Herbsturlaub mit Hund

Sehr schön gelegene FeWo. Die FeWo bietet reichlich Platz für 2 Personen mit Hund. Und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.Der Garten ist eine geordnete Unordnung 🙃 sieht sehr 'verwunschen' aus: viel Buschwerk und Bäume.Von der FeWo aus kann man viele Parks zu Fuß erreichen. Ideal für Hunde, die dort fast immer ohne Leine laufen dürfen. Nach Hamburg fährt man entweder mit den Öffentlichen oder mit dem Auto( geht schneller, ca. 35 Minuten) Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.👍😊 Kein Autolärm, jedoch fährt die U-Bahn, die oberirdische fährt, direkt hinter dem Garten. Hat man die Fenster geschlossen, hört man sie jedoch kaum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fußläufiger Entfernung.

Fast ein Ferienhaus im Grünen

Ferienwohnung ist die Hälfte eines schönen Holzhauses mit begrüntem Satteldach. Großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit gut eingerichteter Wohnküche. Terrasse und kleiner Gartenteil. Zwei kleine Schlafzimmer und Bad im Obergeschoss. Wohnung liegt im schön grünen Volksdorf im Nordosten von Hamburg. U-Bahn Linie U1 in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Fahrzeit in die Innenstadt etwa 30 Minuten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, auch wenn die Lage nicht so zentral ist und daher der City-Trip etwas zeitlichen Vorlauf braucht.

Die Lage und Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ebenso der wilde Garten, den wir leider aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen konnten. Wir fanden alles wie beschrieben vor. Sehr schönes Appartment, sehr nette Gastgeberin

Die Appartement liegt in Volksdorf (ca. 15 km vom Zentrum entfernt) ist aber über die U1 perfekt angebunden. (Haltestelle in 10 min fußläufig erreichbar, Fahrtzeit ca 30-40 min ins Zentrum je nach Ziel). Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch das technische Equipment ist sehr gut (stabiles und schnelles WiFi, großer Flat-Screen). Großes Plus: Wir durften unseren Hund mitbringen. Man kann die Terrasse und den schön angelegten kleinen Garten nutzen. Margit Flessner ist eine sehr nette und sehr hilfsbereit Gastgeberin! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Top Lage

Das Objekt hat einen Super Lage man ist in ca 40 Minuten mit der U-Bahn in der City. Leider ist das Landhaus etwas in die Jahre gekommen und musste mal Renoviert werden und Komplett Gereinigt werden es ist nicht alles zu 100% Sauber aber ok. Die Vermieterin ist sehr Freundlich und man kann gut mit ihr Reden :-)

Gemütliches Häuschen im Grünen

Umgeben von einem verwilderten kleinen Garten, in dem sich unsere Hunde sehr wohl fühlten, steht dieser niedliche Anbau am Wohnhaus der Besitzerin. Wir alle fühlten uns sehr wohl in dieser gemütlichen Oase der Ruhe, die einen vergessen lässt, dass man nur etwa eine halbe Stunde von der Innenstadt Hamburgs entfernt ist. Lage und Umgebung sind super. Es war soweit alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht, wenngleich wir einen Messerblock oder eine Schere vermisst haben. Die Spinnenweben in den Ecken und Lampen passten gut zu Halloween, sollten bei einer Grundreinigung des ganzen Hauses aber vielleicht einmal beseitigt werden. Uns hat das alles jedoch nicht gestört. Wir fanden die Ruhe, die wir suchten und einen gut gelegenen Ausgangspunkt für unsere Aktivitäten in Hamburg. Mit unseren 3 Hunden fühlten wir uns willkommen und sehr gut aufgehoben. Gern wieder.

Nette Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, schönes Ambiente, gut ausgestattet. Haben für sechs Personen gebucht, hierfür jedoch nicht gut geeignet da nur ein Badezimmer (recht klein) vorhanden und auch nur eine Toilette. Für vier Personen optimal. Gute Verkehrsanbindung zur Hamburger City und auch im Stadtteil selber gute gepflegte Gastronomie. Sehr zu empfehlen „ der Eichenkrug“

Good location within a 10 minute walk of train station. Good location for very good restaurants. Good location for walks, biking and fresh air. The facility was clean, cozy and contained all support required for a group of six.
