You could hardly spend your holiday closer to the water: From almost every room in this luxurious holiday apartment at OstseeResort Olpenitz, you can let your gaze wander over glittering water and the passing sailboats. To the south is the marina, to the side you can see the Baltic Sea and to the north, behind the houses, is the Schlei, which flows into the Baltic Sea here. The south-facing balcony is particularly spacious, and high-quality garden furniture invites you to dine in the open air. There is even space for a cosy beach chair, where you can comfortably enjoy the panoramic view even on windy days.



Even if the weather doesn't play ball, you don't have to miss out on the fantastic view. You can also let your gaze wander over the blue waters of the Schlei from the lovingly furnished, cosy living area. From the dining area and the modern kitchen, and even from the bed and the large bathtub, you can enjoy a marvellous view of the water, seagulls and boats. The holiday apartment in a panoramic location is not only an experience in the glorious sunshine of summer, but also in autumn and winter, when the storms and waves roar around the row of houses on the narrow headland, while you can watch the spectacle from the comfort of your sofa.



The maisonette is spread over two floors (1st and 2nd floor). Upstairs, in addition to the two bedrooms, you will also find the bathroom, where a large corner bath with massage jets invites you to relax. As a special highlight, your infrared sauna also awaits you there. Is there anything better than loosening up your tired muscles in the cosy warmth after a long day by the sea and then relaxing in front of the Scandinavian stove?



The small sandy beach of the OstseeResort Olpenitz is just a few metres away and the kilometre-long Baltic Sea beach down to Schönhagen is not far either.



Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and holiday types, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, a long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in the quieter low season, when the Baltic Sea beaches offer plenty of space and the holiday home is all the more cosy.

Small children should be supervised outside due to the construction site situation. The harbour basin directly in front of the house is not officially approved for swimming due to the current conditions. Please also note that fishing in the harbour basin is not permitted.

sehr schöne, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung war traumhaft. Blick aufs Wasser von allen Seiten. Leider ist die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen: Abgebrochener Putz an einer Wand im Eingangsbereich, kaputte Stehlampe, defekter Wasserkocher, dreckige Fensterbank, ein kaputter Sonnenschirm lag noch rum und nimmt Platz weg, lieblose Blumenkübel mit vertrockneten Pflanzen.... Hier könnte mal renoviert werden. Außerdem fehlte ein Stellplatz die E-Bikes!
