Guesthouse on grand old Beverly Hills estate, one block south of the Beverly Hills Hotel. European charm, modern conveniences at an elite address tucked away on the grounds of an estate once home to Joseph Kennedy. Sleeps four. Large windows, light filled rooms, hardwood floors and a compact but full service kitchen. Functional and simple decor. The bedroom flows into a sitting room with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the garden. Orignally a two bedroom, walls have been knocked out to open the space. The living room area is large and open and for sleeping two single beds can convert the space into a second bedroom. The balcony looks out over mature eucalyptus trees and a meadow of green. Swim in the estate's saltwater pool, or dine under the stars on your own private balcony. Bask in the luxury of Beverly Hills' most exclusive neighborhood. For cocktails walk over to the Polo Lounge. Beverly Hills gem
2 of my daughters and I stayed here for a week.We enjoyed the place very much.Place located in the best area. 20 min walk will take you to Rodeo. If you here to explore, I would recommend to have a car.Apartment is very simple but absolutely everything you need and parking

Great location and easy access
Comfortable bed. Dated furniture but all works as described. 1 parking spot but plenty of street parking. This is a full kitchen to accommodate any cooking you might desire. Would stay again.

Great experience in heart of Beverly Hills
We had such a fantastic time in Debbie's lovely bungalow in Beverly Hills. Great location: the cottage is clean and worked perfectly for our family of 4. Nice deck area as well. Debbie is a wonderful hostess - she was extremely responsive and just a really nice person! We hope to return in the future!

5 nights and it wasn't long enough
This was a wonderful experience. We parked in the front and every morning we'd walk down the drive and out onto quiet Rodeo with the famous hotel right there, hop in the car, and go explore Hollywood, LA, and Malibu. Each night we'd walk back up the drive to the very peaceful apartment where everything was clean, comfortable, and perfect. I seriously hope to come back and stay here again. Hated to leave.

Wonderful stay on Rodeo Dr.
This is our second time staying at Deborah’s lovely home. It is a great location for traveling around LA. It is a terrific neighborhood in walking distance to the Rodeo Dr shopping area. Many amenities in the apt and a very relaxing setting. We love staying here!

Great location!
This unit is in a great location and the convenient parking was an extra bonus. The reality matches the listing and photos. The bathroom has plenty of storage and the kitchen has everything you need. I was traveling with my two adult children and we were very comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is to add a wall mirror outside the bathroom close to an outlet so that two people can get ready at the same time. We enjoyed our stay!

The apartment above the garage was in a great location. Walking distance to the shops on Rodeo Drive. Universal was a 30 minute drive, Santa Monica is about 20 minutes depending on traffic. The pool was nice , water was warm. The pool hours are 10-6. Great location would stay again.

My mom and I loved our time here and would absolutely come back and refer friends/family. Everything was extremely easy and relaxed. Only (slight) negatives were I didn’t realize there was a flight of stairs to get into apartment, and the main house is in need of yard care

Great price in a great neighborhood
My stay was flawless. The owners make it extremely easy and welcoming. The location could not be better. I was in town to see my doctors at Cedars-Sinai and I hate paying over $500 per night for a hotel room, and this works out better than a hotel because it has a kitchen and easy parking. There is also a lovely terraced patio that sits under the shade of one of the big beautiful trees in the yard. The wifi and streaming TV channels are easy to access as well. All in all, a great deal and a thoroughly pleasant experience.

Gorgeous Stay on Rodeo Drive!
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Deborah’s home. She was a gracious host and it was a perfect place to travel around LA from. The home was safe, secluded and peaceful. Our first time in LA and we were able to visit Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Dodger and Anaheim stadiums, the farmers market, downtown LA and so much more from this home. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to LA. It was a wonderful experience!

Excellent property in a prime location
My husband, two teens and I just spent a wonderful vacation week at Deb and Dale's property in Beverly Hills. The house was clean and roomy - very comfortable for the four of us. We were on the go every day, so we didn't take advantage of the kitchen that was fully stocked with supplies (we really appreciated the use of the coffee maker AND the coffee that was provided) or the pool which looked lovely. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony. The house is in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. We had no problem parking in the space that was provided in the driveway. Debbie was a wonderful host. She greeted us warmly when we arrived and we were very appreciative for her help when we needed to have a package delivered to us overnight. I would highly recommend this listing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and clean and easy to get to everything around LA. The beds were comfortable. The ability to wash clothes was a plus. Pool looks nice but we did not use it. Deborah was very helpful both before we arrived and after.

Perfect Destination
Debbie and Dale are excellent hosts, they both provided a complete home away from home. My sons and I loved the place. Very quiet and clean neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Beverly Hills. The pool was great! We used the grill a few times. The property has a huge yard and garden, it's the first time I've ever seen a lemon and lime tree. We will be back to stay again next year! Thank you again Debbie and Dale! Wonderful Beverly Hills Stay
We had a fabulous stay at Debbie and Dale's guest house! It was located in the perfect location on Rodeo Drive in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. The upper deck was so nice to enjoy morning coffee on and we loved having use of the pool during our stay. The accommodations were clean and spacious for the four of us and the bedding was comfortable. It was a bonus to have a kitchen and we appreciated the Peet's coffee that was provided. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Much better value and character than a hotel. We had NO issues with parking (drove a smaller SUV, there was plenty of space). Easy walk over to the Beverly Hills Hotel for a drink at the Polo Club. So much to do and see in the area and this is the perfect home base!

Not what I expected
First, we were all under the impression that the pool and spa was available to use as stated in the ad and advertised as the first photo but I contacted Debbie and she said it’s not heated and not swimmable this time of year. I think making that clear in the ad would of been beneficial so expectations were met. Also the parking situation is very tight and hard to get in and out of as there is another studio guesthouse below and those guys have their cars parked too with debbies car in the same area. There was a morning when Debbie was trying to get out and she hit my car... if you decide to stay here make sure you confirm if the pool is useable because it’s not worth the premium if it’s not. And park your car on the street
