## Logement
Located on the garden level, it includes :
- a sleeping area with a 140 cm sofa bed
- a shower room with washbasin, mirror, WC and folding glass door;
- a fully-equipped kitchen (crockery and cutlery);
- a dining area with table and 2 chairs.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and southern exposure.

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Bike room, Wifi, New 80 cm HD TV, Washer-dryer, Electric tumble dryer, Hair dryer, Table fan, Electric radiator, Electric roller shutter, Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Ceramic hob, Extractor hood, Microwave, 1/2 filter coffee machine, etc.

In addition, there is a desk and several storage units in the apartment, including a shelving cupboard and a closet.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

You'll be staying in a beautiful residence with trees and flowers, a janitor, secure gates and a communal picnic area with 2 wooden tables.
Please note that there is no private parking, but a few shared spaces subject to availability. Parking is available on the street.

- 15 minutes by bus (line A) from the city center (with all the landmarks for which Antibes is famous):
- 8 minutes by car or bus from the Juan-Les-Pins resort.

## Emplacement
Antibes is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes on the Côte d'Azur. It's a city built by the Greeks that has retained its authenticity; in the old town, you can discover medieval ramparts, Provencal markets and traditional flower-filled architecture. For the more sporty, you can take the Tire Poil trail at the southern end of the famous Cap d'Antibes, where you can enjoy the sound of the sea against the rocks, the wind and the cry of the seagulls. This charming town combines culture with the hustle and bustle of the South, where you'll find numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, as well as a beach overlooking the Baie des Anges.
