This flat of over 40m2, located on the 1st floor of a small, very quiet condominium, can accommodate up to 4 people:
- Living room opening onto terrace/balcony with sea view, TV, coffee table, armchairs...
- New high-quality 140cm sofa bed for 2 people (sleeps every day)
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.)
- Bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and washing machine
- Entrance hall with large cupboard
- Bedroom with double bed (140cm) and large dressing area
- Separate WC
Beaches just opposite, shops (restaurants, pizzeria, bars, biscuit shops, crêperie...).
Bus stop at the bottom of the flat.
Great walks along the coast (long coastal road).
Pets not allowed.
