Beautiful Berlin-Lichterfelde
Quiet apartment with a well-appointed kitchen (induction stove and dishwasher) in a beautiful, upscale 1890s neighbourhood. Just steps from the Federal Archives as well as the X11 bus connecting to the S-Bahn and the downtown.

A relaxing stay
Our family of three stayed in this flat for two weeks. It is exactly as advertised, very cosy and clean and it has everything one needs. It being winter, we much appreciated the underfloor heating. The kitchen is spacious with pretty china. Nice big fridge, too. A bit more space to put food wouldn't go amiss for people who stay longer and do their own cooking. The bathroom is large and really warm, and the bedroom also has a lot of space. In the living room you find an ordinary sofa and a sofa bed. Again, plenty of space. We didn't use the TV so can't comment on that. It would be nice to have a dedicated space to put things, like a cupboard or some drawers. It was very quiet in the flat, one could hear a robin sing outside (yes, in the middle of winter!). Because of the season and the terrible weather it was a bit gloomy but I imagine that in summer this is a leafy, cool haven of a place. The flat is very close to a bus stop. There is a bus every twenty minutes which connects to the S-Bahn, so one can be in the centre of Berlin in half an hour. Grocery shopping involves some walking and carrying if you don't have a car. There are a couple of restaurants and a very nice Kaffeehaus within walking distance. We mainly chose this accomodation because it is close to the centre of Zehlendorf where we needed to go every day. It was very good for our purpose. Oh, by the way, the host was really friendly and he answered our questions promptly. Thank you, Nils Crome!

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung
Wir waren zu einer Familien Feier in Berlin. Haben die Wohnung bewußt außerhalb der Innenstadt gewählt weil wir Berlin schon öfter besucht haben. Für uns war die Wohnung und die Lage sehr gut.

Kommen gerne wieder!
Was für ein komfortables Haus in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Die Betten waren gut, schönes großes Bad, große Küche mit allem Notwendigen (Waschmaschine war nicht da). Gute Wifi und Smart-TV und ein sehr schönes Buch über die Nachbarschaft. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Wir waren jetzt das 3x in der schönen Wohnung in Lichterfelde. Das Haus , die Wohnung u die Umgebung sind wirklich schön u sehr ruhig . Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist sehr gut u immer sehr schnell. Die neue Küche ist wirklich sehr schön !! Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt u es war nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort . Wohnung in Berlin Lichterfelde
Bis auf die Baustelle vor dem Haus -wofür wir eine Gutschrift vom Vermieter erhalten haben -waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung entsprach in vollem Umfang den Angaben des Vermieters und ist auf Grund der zentralen Lage sehr gut für eine Städtetour zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Nicht nutzbare Terrasse durch Baustelle
Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet, das Wetter lud zum grillen und Nutzung der Terrasse ein. Leider wurden wir nicht darüber informiert, dass die Terrasse aufgrund einer Baustelle nicht genutzt werden konnte. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass dies vorab kommuniziert worden wäre und sicherlich hätte man den Preis überdenken müssen. Schade.

Leider war das Haus zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes eingerüstet. Der Dachdecker Aufzug stand direkt vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster, daher waren wir ab 7.00 h wach. Die Terrassen war deshalb auch nicht nutzbar. Wir waren außerhalb wegen der Ruhe, hat nicht geklappt. Schön wäre eine kleine Nachricht des Vermieters gewesen. Ansonsten sehr gepflegte und schöne FeWo. Tolle Lage mit einem ganz empfehlenswerten Italiener um die Ecke.
